(don't know where you mod) If you need to it might be good to ask for help from the other mods. As for the posters, It might be better to show a little "gentleness" and some "strictness". Randomspot, for example, made a new thread for the gimmick teams <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/biggrin.png" alt=":D" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />, yet he still doesn't tolerate negative remarks.
