Leaks have a high chance, especially for a highly anticipated title like Pokemon. And banwaves are 100% happening again, so even if you turn off data sharing to Nintendo, you'll most likely still get banned as long as you used in-game online features before November 17. Since USUM are indeed coming simultaneously worldwide without exceptions, I feel the chance of getting it early is more likely. I've been wondering how they'll handle Z-Crystals; specifically event ones. With nearly all of them being released for Japan so far with Marshadium left, I have to wonder if they might have a sync feature where you can get those Crystals you collected in SM, or they could just put them in-game OR maybe just re-release them as events again.

I have a feeling Gyms may make a return in these games as there are plots of space under construction, and there are 8 as seen here. Another thing is using your cover legendary in Sun/Moon, you were able to travel into the dimension opposite of your game. So maybe we'll be able to travel back to the currently know Alola regions as post game or a Memory Link type event? But I doubt they'd do that.

What's made me curious is how the storyline will work and if Lillie would be the villain as a plot-twist but I doubt that lol. Guess we'll have to wait for the Corocoro leak and Nintendo's E3 presentation on the horizon to see more. Hopefully they don't unintentionally reveal too much that can be easily speculated on so it can be found out in the games ourselves.

Even though I played Sun first I think Lunalacrozma is more nicer, so I might just go with UM this time until further exclusives are announced. I honestly hope there are new Pokemon/formes or let alone new features, Sun/Moon were stale tbh, but that's the first paired games of a gen for ya. Also, doesn't Ash have a Rockruff in the anime that people speculated to evolve into said forme?

God the amount of delusional people salty about it not being D/P remakes or it being on Switch I've seen on other forums is absurd, but in the end they'll still play it. I mean if they were to release it (simultaneously) on Switch, it'd be a mess considering it has different specs and GF is hesitant about putting main Pokemon games on it. Even though it's on a system that's hacked to the bone, the 3DS still has a large install base and with the cheaper N2DS, it's gonna get a slight boost. Some people I know still can't find a Switch and even where I live it's $399 with big games being around $80. But anyways I'm excited to hear about if walking Pokemon will be used, and I also hope that they have better PSS like features, Festival Plaza is complete trash in SM. Oh and let's not forget a Frontier/PWT type event!

I honestly question people who claimed that they've never tampered their 3DS and got a ban. I also feel like a PGL banwave is around the corner, too. What CFW settings do you guys have enabled in Luma/whatever you use? And were you banned?

Update: She texted me and said she can connect to the internet. Also, I have every option on the latest Luma to off and Clock+L2 on my N3DS. I also did the same for hers but without the Clock+L2 option if that helps, if anyone wants to share their CFW configurations.

One of my friends got B9S and has "Send data to Nintendo" on. He uses apps like CIAngel, JKSV, HBL and FBI but hasn't been banned. So I don't think tickets are the cause, or maybe it's just luck he dodged the hammer. I would suggest not to put a Homebrew app as your favorite title in Friend's List or maybe turn off wireless when accessing those kinds of apps. I also heard some people that got it saying the ban lifted for them, but I dunno if they're lying or not considering it's supposed to be permanent.

Ok, after turning on my 3DS I'm not banned and made my way to turn off "sending data via SpotPass" in System Settings. Also after talking to some friends that have CFW 3DSes I can confirm they're safe. Thank God! What I'm scared of now though is that I installed A9LH for my cousin's O3DS back in February and I don't know if she'll be banned considering she's still on an older Luma version. Should I still tell her to go online even though she hasn't had the time to play it for the past weeks?

Woah... Nintendo's usually been lenient but now it looks like they're going Sony. I've recently played it yesterday to finish off SoV but I don't think I got a ban. I also have "Send data to Nintendo" on but now after hearing this, I don't think I want to turn on my 3DS. :[
