  1. I don't think this is possible. If the user doesn't know how to compile a source, I highly doubt there would be a need for that package, especially considering it's size as opposed to SharpDevelop.
  2. Likely the rom is patched or edited, you need a clean copy first. I have a problem though, after obtaining the national dex and attempting to catch regigigas, it gives me dialogue referring me to get the 3 regis still, like vanilla platinum. .
  3. Also accounting for what the gentlemen above me said, you could also just download SharpDevelop to compile the source if you want to get around the huge visual studio size requirements. I would upload the compiled source but I lack the permissions, sorry.
  4. How do I access the bottom options under ExeFS editing tools? They are all greyed out but I did extract ExeFS alongside RomFS..? Edit: I did see that I had to rename to .code.bin, let's hope this works. Edit2: How in the heck do I use the pickup editor?
  5. Hey there, really appreciate the time and effort you put into this as well. However, the ninetales with flamethrower/hidden power / solar beam and focus blast is rejected. I do not know why, just a heads up.
  6. Does anyone have a compiled package of event pk6 pokemon from Gen 6? I've obtained most of the ones from gen4-5, and I'm using PKHex to insert them. I would not like to hunt them down individually if anyone has some they would like to contribute. .
  7. In this program you open the decrypted romfs folder as the directory.
  8. Yep, although it took me a ridiculous time before I realized you point the newer version to the decrypted romfs folder and not the "a" folder like the older. Was about a solid hour of trying to figure that one out.
  9. In case you did get a Gateway, I did manage to create a working randomized OR .cia.
  10. If anyone is interested in a once randomized encounter/trainer OR .cia, pm me.
  11. The DexNav crashes because of the Pokemon limit per area. You could randomize once and edit them all manually if you wanted.. But if anyone is interested in a .cia with the area/trainers randomized(still potentially crashes dexnav), pm me.
  12. I did just this, successfully managed to edit everything with PK3DS, found the romfs directory with the repacker, repacked and then built as .cia, installed, and still absolutely no changes. My heart drops every time I run into the grass to find a damn wurmple. Still,it's like the vanilla game. Edit: Okay it seems I jumped the gun. After running into a wurmple on route 101, I lost most hope. But I continued anyway, to find an emboar level 2. It must have been a really big coincidence to run into a wurmple first.. will test further. It was an incredibly big PITA for me to go from never dumping a rom to a finished working(debateable, dexnav is buggy of course)version of OR .cia. Due to this, I hope nobody else has to go through that. If anyone would be interested in a randomized OR .cia, just pm me.
  13. I've been working hard at this all day. I managed to decrypt and unpack, extract with Garc and make the edits with RSWE and RSTE, but I don't know how to inject them per se. I recompiled into .cia and installed and it booted OR without any edits, clean dump. How do I overwrite the vanilla game with the edits?
