  1. You'll have to download the .pk3 BlackShark uploaded, or hope that the for a 1 in 65535 chance that the egg is actually distributed properly and gives the Pikachu. I'm still personally hoping for an .ips patch for it like with the Luvdisc, but I wouldn't know how to make it myself. It won't be quite as easy as the Luvdisc, but perhaps @theSLAYER may be able to figure it out?
  2. If it helps any, I have some savefiles from all four Gen I Japanese games that I dumped from the carts I bought off eBay a few years back. They're all completed games, iirc.
  3. Thanks a bunch. I was wondering how the hell we were going to get it. Would it be possible to use this knowledge to create an .ips patch to force the Egg to generate properly every time? It would be nice if we could generate one ourselves at will like the rest of these German debug pokemon.
  4. The Luvdisc seems to always have the met location reflect your location upon receiving one, unlike the Unown. What also could be interesting is that the Luvdisc is actually always Level 15. Not sure if that has anything to do with why the reason Unown was reported to be level 15. Though, it is always in a PokeBall, so still don't know about the Great Ball thing. Edit: Attaching a zip with two sets from each debug option to generate a party full of level 99 Shroomish and Barboach, as well as their level 5 variants + Kyogre as hatched and unhatched versions.
  5. First we'd need to find one for sale. European DS distro carts are quite a bit harder to find than the US distro carts. All you see most of the time is that same seller trying to sell a complete European set for an insane amount of money. I think I can easier find someone to dump the rom than find a cart for sale. Regardless of the people who I attempt to get to contribute roms to help complete the public rom collection on that other site, I still plan to obtain them myself eventually. Which I'll then dump the roms anyway if we don't already have a verified one available. I'm holding off for a while though after the 2k+ for the GBA carts.
  6. From what I understand, that debug Litwick is only(?) in the European Karrablast/Shelmet rom, which we don't have archived publicly yet. I'm trying to find someone to dump the rom, but my luck when asking people to contribute distro roms is usually negative, or at the least, problematic.
  7. Mit der deutschen Saphir rom: "Die Daten können in dieser Edition nicht eingesetzt werden." Basically, it's saying the data isn't compatible with Sapphire version. German Ruby only.
  8. I knew there was something else I wanted to test, and you reminded me. I need to test with a German Sapphire, and perhaps the other Gen III games. I can also confirm English roms won't receive, I tried it.
  9. Basically what theSlayer and I said, it's a pretty simple set up. I just don't have patience to RNG stuff. That's why I literally can't breed and soft reset for shinys or good IVs without getting impatient and irritated. Also, they all seem to be in Poke Balls. I know it was originally noted to be in a Great Ball, but I don't think that's the case unless there's a rare chance it'll have a different ball(doubt it). Also, the mail it is holding is nothing but "???????????", so it's not that important.
  10. Just to note a few things about the Unown... First, not sure why OP listed it at level 15, but they all seem to be set at level 21, mine and theSlayer's. Second, location met seems to always reflect where you were when you received the first Unown. I was in Lilycove, and theSlayer said he was in Petalburg. However, every time I send a new Unown to the same savefile, even if I fly to different cities, it's still Lilycove. Third, stats and form seem to be random everytime. If anyone wants to go full mental, you could attempt to generate each of the 28 forms to have all forms uploaded. Also, for those having trouble with VBALink, 1.7 never lets you do link cable trades, but 1.8 will. Follow the instructions in my first post, and make sure you don't have wirless adapter checked off for link connection, and that you have it set to not pause in inactive windows. The 10ANNIV rom is another story. It works in 1.8, but not the way it should.
  11. I loaded my English savefile onto a regular German Ruby rom in the first window of VBALink 1.8, and ran the German Debug Ruby rom in the second window of VBALink 1.8
  12. I agree with this. That's why I wasn't totally sure if calling it an "unreleased event" is the correct term to categorize them as, but it is similar enough to pokemon like Meteor Jirachi, so regardless I think they should all be well documented and archived. I'd say just distinguish them in two separate categories, "Unreleased Test/Debug Pokemon" and "Unreleased Event Pokemon". I didn't even know about those test Gen 5 wondercards, which we should document alongside the Infernape/Azure Flute. Edit: Just a note, I uploaded a new Infernape wondercard in the post I previously uploaded it in. Just an error fix with the preset OT not being retained when distributed, rather it was using the receiver's OT.
  13. Not sure why PokeRus wouldn't be saving, but perhaps there's a bug I'm not aware about with older games. Yeah you can inject it, it's just another wondercard, legit or not. Just use PokeGen. I just hadn't done it personally, I wanted to do it myself via decchi.bin editing. Yeah, I suppose this would be considered a new unreleased event pokemon along the same lines of METEOR Jirachi, GAMESTP Celebi, and AGATE Celebi & COLOS Pikachu.
  14. Like we were talking about earlier, editing any DPP mystery gifts with PKHeX causes glitchy corruption. Any sort of edit will result in a glitch mess. It wasn't saving changes properly for me even when I cleared all the glitch wondercard data. PokeGen seems to always work fine though. Though, I only extracted the Infernape .pkm from the wondercard itself with that old Gen IV wonder card editor. The Infernape .pcd is just the decchi Azure .pcd with the wondercard type changed to pokemon distribution.
  15. Changing the wondercard type to a pokemon distribution makes it show up as an Infernape. There's complete data for an actual Infernape hidden here. If the edited wondercard were to be injected in decchi, maybe it'll distribute.
  16. Are you the same person who commented about the Manaphy on the YouTube video? I thought we had separate reports of this occurring, but if that was you too, then it's easier to determine as glitched data from that particular savefile. Still doesn't explain the Infernape though...
  17. ^This is the Infernape thing I was told about. It may have something to do with PokeSav, though I haven't tried it yet. I haven't had PokeSav on my computer since 2010. Though, I guess none of these oddities can really be explained unless we figure out how the Manaphy Egg wondercard is showing up in the first place.
  18. FTR, it turns out you don't even need to change decchi.bin to decchi.gba to use it, at least with VBA and DeSmuME.
  19. Just to note, the one on eBay didn't actually sell. Once he was told that carts for that don't actually exist, he removed the listing and literally threw it away. Someone put decchi.bin/.gba on a GBA dev/proto cart and sold it to him as a "rare unused prototype cartridge" Well at least that somewhat explains the Pichu/Cacture/Glameow thing, just random mini sprites used on the Manaphy wondercard, just like the Bulbasaur, Mew, and Ho-oh are on the Azure wondercard. Just random sprites selected when the test wondercard was originally made. However, I still don't get where this Manaphy Egg wondercard comes from or how to trigger it. I wonder if it's some default thing triggered by the game itself due to some sort of corruption from decchi.gba @Ammako As I said before, the corruption is definitely something in regards to the save editors. Using legitimate wondercards caused these problems for me in the past.
  20. Oh. Well it was actually made because of the discussion about decchi popping up. Most people have heard of decchi.bin I think, but it seems not many people realized what it did when used in Slot-2, rather than just being a useless prototype Pokemon Ranger GBA rom. I've never seen documentation of this Azure Flute or discussion of it, except a mention once which no one seemed actually to catch on to. Me and Ammako kinda stumbled on it yesterday, and from what I understand you were just as shocked as we were lol. As for PKHeX and the PCDs, it always glitches up when making edits. Nothing to do with this decchi wondercard. I had tried messing with regular wondercards in Diamond a while back and it just always deletes them or glitches them. PokeGen always works for that though. Also, I don't quite understand what's going on with the Manaphy thing, but the video has a comment about Manaphy, Pichu, Cacturne, and "Gen 4 cat"(Glameow?), and I've been told in private something about an Infernape being obtainable with it(?). I'm so damn confused because I don't see any data relating to anything but the Azure Flute. It's some kind of kooky spooky unverifiable occurrences that only certain people are allegedly being able to trigger.
  21. For the record, the video is stating it was a "semi-legit" way, since it was actually made by Nintendo or GameFreak, just not ever officially used. Perhaps worded wrong, but that's what it meant. Of course it's not actually legit. The video was quoting your translation, which seems to be the most accurate and comprehensible. Google Translate or anything else results in nonsense as you'd expect. What's wrong with the timing?
  22. Edited, since @Ammako said the video was posted then removed in another thread. Just search for a decchi.bin video
  23. The seller said he was scammed by the person who sold it to him, who told him it was a rare unused prototype. He removed the listing once he found out it was only a fake made by someone. Nothing to see here unfortunately.
  24. @Kaphotics Thanks a bunch, that fixed it @theSLAYER No. It's possible that I used an AR at one point on it, but I can't remember with that specific cartridge. I guess that'd be the only thing that could've caused it though.
  25. Alright, save attached. I had assumed the problem wasn't on my part. The cart and savefile are over a decade old, so I'm positive it's not a bootleg either if for some reason that would cause the issue.
