    Hi, so according to TCRF there are 2 unused Static Encounter in XY: a Scatterbug and a Abomasnow. Speaking about a way to get it with @BlackShark I thaught we can use the same method as I did for GS Unused Venomoth slot. But for that we need first to know where those 2 unused encounters are located. What to do? Modify a Static Encounter in XY with PK3DS and check the differences with an HexEditor. Look around if there is the Scatterbug and Abomasnow slot and then swap them with Mewtwo for example. Any volunteer? I tried to do this but with my Gateway O3DS I failed using PK3DS. I'll do some researches too in order to know more about those 2 Pokemon.

    I know that but add it to PkHex and just have to click in a button is a simpler way for everyone. Hope someone will do it ^^ @BlackShark I'm not very confident about the success of this quest .I mean it's my first step in gen6 and it's a very big challenge. Hope that everything will be fine. Maybe I should open a new thread if other people want to help?

    It'll be simpler to just export the .pkm/pk4 as we ignore how time mechanic works in Gen4. I mean you can't cheat with it easily. If only Pokecheck still exists.

    Yes, but there is very few chances to get him at lv22 because it's a daily event (1/96 day(s)).

Source:Tcrf Edit2: I have an idea @BlackShark swap as I did in Gen2 the static encounter (for example Mewtwo with Abomasnow/Scatterbug). But I ignore where to do that in gen6 ROM. Edit2: Gen4 seems to have a lot of cut debug content, if someone want to study it there are a lot of secrets to find.

    It's a bit off topic but 2 Manaphy were distributed (not as egg unfortunately) in gen4 in Korea (here) and 1 in gen6 to commemorate the movie.

    Ok, I have a mystery for you: does lv19 Swadloon really exist? According to Bulbapedia/Serebii it should appear but when I check RNG slot I can't find it even with 1% or 4%. Also I have found all except lv22 Toxicroak and Special FunFest Mission ones.     I tested and it doesn't pass as expected Amazong finding! I'll try to check what can I do. I definitively need a second life I mean with project Underleved I found 5 more very rare Pokemon to hunt.
