    Found the lv5 Noctowl. Also found lv20 Swellow in DP and lv30 Pupitar in HGSS. Metagross in B2W2 is not an underleved (evolves at lv45). And hope new members will contribute, the fishing ones are very hard to get.

    Here's most of my gen4 underleved, hope it'll motivate you to get the missing ones ^^ Underleveled-Gen4.rar Edit: Found lv6 Butterfree and Beedrill in Ilex Forest in HGSS, apparently there will also be lv5 Noctowl in Viridian Forest but I didn't find it for the moment. Found lv5 Ariados/Ledian in Viridian Forest.

    The Seaking slot encounter for lv25 is 1% so you have 1/600 to get it and it can flee. Such a hard quest!

    I knew about NPower Pikachu issues but I never heard of these events. Seems interesting to search about. Edit: Apparently Goru-chan's Pokemon were "just" Pokemon (Piplup and Magneton or Magnezone according to the sources) that were traded by him in local trade during Worlds 2009 in San Diego. Unfortunately the only picture I found was broken. Now I'll search about D-j Mew event.

    In 18 tries with different versions of DP I got all lv22 Great MarshPokemon except Kangaskhan and Toxicroak. I'm so unlucky.

    I hope with GS VC Release we will be able to discover what is GF OT exclusive Celebi for future VC event (it will be difficult but I have confidence).

    In my opinion that means no VC Crystal. That's pretty bad not just for Shiny Celebi but also for Underleved, Odd Egg Events and even Water Gun Phanpy we won't be able to transfer. My Gold save is ready for the VC release anyway for tests.

    Hi, so according to TCRF there are 2 unused Static Encounter in XY: a Scatterbug and a Abomasnow. Speaking about a way to get it with @BlackShark I thaught we can use the same method as I did for GS Unused Venomoth slot. But for that we need first to know where those 2 unused encounters are located. What to do? Modify a Static Encounter in XY with PK3DS and check the differences with an HexEditor. Look around if there is the Scatterbug and Abomasnow slot and then swap them with Mewtwo for example. Any volunteer? I tried to do this but with my Gateway O3DS I failed using PK3DS. I'll do some researches too in order to know more about those 2 Pokemon.

    I know that but add it to PkHex and just have to click in a button is a simpler way for everyone. Hope someone will do it ^^ @BlackShark I'm not very confident about the success of this quest .I mean it's my first step in gen6 and it's a very big challenge. Hope that everything will be fine. Maybe I should open a new thread if other people want to help?

    It'll be simpler to just export the .pkm/pk4 as we ignore how time mechanic works in Gen4. I mean you can't cheat with it easily. If only Pokecheck still exists.
