Nobody can help you with that. Downloading ISO files of a game is piracy, which is illegal and against the forum rules (which you should have read).

The proper way to get an ISO is to dump it from the game you own with your GameCube/Wii. You can google for tutorials.

The first contact with HOME will assign a tracker to the mon, for that it needs to come from the correct game. Unfortunately an NDS  can not be used. It has to come from a 3DS with either XY, ORAS, SM or USUM.

After that you can freely move it between the Switch games.

No. The only way to get it into HOME is through Bank on a 3DS.

No. There is a big difference between JP and US Ranger 1. While in the JP version the missions where only available by downloading, in US/EU versions they where included in the game.

The origin game is always set to Diamond even if you received it on Pearl.

You need a 3DS as well as Pokemon Dream Radar to use this save.

That's because the Pidove was never available like this. These wondercards were never meant to be accessible by anyone, they were used for debugging by GF.

You shouldn't expect anything from the Unreleased/Beta PKM category to be legal. Some might be, but only because they match another Pokemon that was actually available.

Wondercards use console date and you can freely change it on your 3DS. So there is nothing wrong with a Pumpkaboo from 2003. Whoever contributed this fils probably just had a wrong date set.

You can change it after redemption, it won't affect legality.

YOSHI, because it's Nintendo and they weren't very creative with names back then. There is also a Mew with OT MARIO.
R is for the version (Red) that was used to distribute Mew.
And A is probably just for more variety.
There is also YOSHIRB, YOSHIBA and YOSHIBB, so all together they could have 4 different distribution carts.

I don't think the images are evidence for these specific files. They have been taken from a Japanese blog post, see the first post above for source links.

The Pokemon are either from a different source or have been recreated using the simulated WC6.

You shouldn't worry about dates at all. Incorrect dates don't exist as the games use the console date which you can freely set to whatever you want between 2000/01/01 and 2035/12/31.

Extract your save file to your PC and use PKHeX with the WC3 Plugin instead.

Inject the .wc7 to my gift cards and I went to the pokemon center to receive it.

Region blocking was done server side, not by the wondercards, they can be injected into games from any region no matter which one they originally were distributed for.

The serial code for this Ho-Oh however only worked on Japanese games. So it will not be legal if injected into a game from another region.
