  1. I've purchased an entire French collection and a Spanish Emerald and Ruby. I'm just waiting for them to arrive.
  2. I refuse to give up yet though. It may be a completely lost cause to send an English cart to Italy. There's already way more backed up events than I'd ever have imagined were still around. It might still be out there. It might be like finding a needle in a haystack, but it could happen.
  3. Wouldn't be theoretically be able to sent it into Nintendo Italy? It's still an English game and if the English European ones work, I don't see why these wouldn't.
  4. Yeah, I didn't really think it was going to happen to begin with but it was still a sad bit of news to find out anyway.
  5. Short reply. I contacted NoA and they told me the do not allow people to send in their carts for repair/tickets to be inserted anymore.
  6. Being able to craft some of these custom events would be cool. But couldn't we just use the A-save editor for that anyway? Most of the E-berries are in English. Wouldn't we just need to translate the Japanese ones and then find a way to insert them into all games?
  7. If you buy them directly, I'd be happy to buy them off of you later on if you'd re-sell them. But yeah, I bought 3 of the ones posted and intend to buy more for my personal collection and to help with the thread.
  8. I have a paycheck I'm waiting to get. I'll buy as many as I can when I get it. I spent all the money I had so far. I have 10$ spare for shipping for that second Emerald version I bought.
  9. Yeah, seriously. You guys are being so helpful to me! I have no idea how to tell which games belong to which region and I intend to track down a complete collection anyway. Also thanks for the Ebay link! I just bought that Emerald version too so you can cross it off the list when I get it.
  10. I got you. Please don't quote me on this. I could be entirely wrong. But I don't *Think* the Japanese E-reader berries work with the Japanese Emerald. I'm currently playing through Pokemon Emerald on my English cart, with the intention of backing it up and writing it to my Japanese cart for convenience. I'll be able to scan the E-reader berries in and record it and show you what (If anything) happens. Also, remember before when I said Well, I got a small sum of money and bought those 2 French? games somebody linked to. So thanks for that! I'll check out the save files and see if they have any. If they don't, I'll make some to receive the tickets, back up the saves and then send them off to Europe to be injected. That is the plan right? Edit: My wording is terrible. When I get the French? games, I'll boot them up to see if they have an active save file. If yes, I'll send them off to Europe to be injected. If not, I'll start new save files, progress the story and activate the Mystery Gift before sending them to Europe to be injected.
  11. I fully intend to buy Pokemon games in every single language. If I can get my hands on enough money, and somebody from Europe could help me track down the carts. I could pay for them all, have them mailed to you and then Nintendo. Have the saves extracted before finally being sent to me.
  12. There's quite a few ways to fix it. FR/LG, Pokemon Colosseum and bonus disk, : Gale of Darkness, Pokemon Box and Channel and obviously the Berry Fix Zigzagoon disk. The interactive: Multi game Demo Disk V16.
  13. In terms of the game/Pokemon itself? I don't know jack about what the rest of these guys are doing. You basically start up the program and it deposits a Zigzagoon into your party. You can deposit as many as you like. The game needs a working battery though. Think of it as similar to the Wishmaker Jirachi in terms of setup and being deposited but you can do in infinitely. As for the patch, I assume it just writes it to the cartridge itself. I think I read on Bulbapedia something like this. After about a year or 100 hours of playtime, the game goes into some kind of dead zone for a year. The berry fix patch basically just moves the internal date forward by a year so the game can go back to working as normal. I'm sure if you search Bulbapedia, you can find a far more coherent explanation. EDIT: I keep forgetting. Before, somebody asked if there were FR/LG and Emerald E-reader cards. There were for Japan. I only have 1 for Japan. I'm gonna scan it in eventually and write the save to an English Emerald and see what happens.
  14. Absolutely. I can't do much, but I'll do everything I can.
  15. Well, if you could just transfer the Regi dolls to a different save. If I'm not mistaken, I was able to scan the cards into that save twice. I only scanned in each one, one time. It might be possible to scan in 2-3 Regi dolls of each if you want. I never tried. I'd be more than happy to share anything and everything I have. I just have absolutely no idea how I could possibly go about doing so. The Regi dolls are simple as can be. (If I'm not mistaken.) You scan them in. Hit A on the one you want to transfer. Then just hit A on the Ruby/Sapphire save and you game should receive them. Once again, I think the berry is the exact same way if I'm not mistaken. Scan the berry and hit A, then hit A on Ruby. That terrible video I showed before shows the video from the Ruby perspective (Slightly) and an HD view of the E-reader perspective.
  16. I don't know about the berries yet. I still haven't tested them. I could do it after work tomorrow but I don't have any more Ruby saves to mess with. If anybody has a Ruby save with the Mystery Gift activated, I could just write it to my Japanese cart and scan in the dolls and one of the berries. EDIT: I have all of these things. I'm a collector though. Maybe I'm a rare case here? A collector as well a seeker of knowledge. Though, I think it's safe to say. Unlike most collectors, I value knowledge FAR more that some BS trade value. You asked for it, here it is! http://www.mediafire.com/download/jnj32tps25oggtm/JapanesePokemonRubyNutpea.sav A Japanese Pokemon Ruby that has had the Nutpea Berry scanned in! You talk to Norman and he gives you the berry. As for a save before and after the Mystery Gift. You should be able to use the previous save I uploaded (with the Decoration Present) as the before file and this one as the after. I have every one of the English E-cards and a decent stack of the Japanese ones so if there's anything more I can do to help in any way, please let me know. I will do my best. http://i.imgur.com/PzCEFzS.png This is interesting. I've been wondering what would happen if you scanned in a Japan exclusive E-reader berry into a Japanese game and wrote the save to an English cart. Apparently this happens. Nutpea isn't Japan exclusive but this is still interesting to me. I just loaded up the Japanese save in VBA to make sure it was the right save and I'm incredibly glad I did.
  17. Japanese Pokemon Ruby with the Decoration Present scanned in. http://www.mediafire.com/download/5pp01k8jqjzaw8b/POKEMON_RUBY_AXVJ00.sav (Sorry about the 'state' of the save. Use the Wingull in the party to fly to Foretree City, then go west and south to find my secret base off to the right. The final Regi doll is on display in the characters bedroom.) This save is mine in the sense that it came from my Japanese Ruby cart. But this isn't mine in the sense that it's the save that came with the game when I bought it on Ebay in 2012. I will do my best to answer any questons about the save itself, though I doubt this would be necessary. Hopefully this is of some use to you guys and thanks for everything you've done so far.
  18. I have a video of me receiving the dolls but it's awful. The Regi dolls are deposited directly into your PC. I could re-record it as well as record the berry distribution if you like. The recording I have is of the Japanese E-reader. It's far more interesting than Ruby. Ruby vesion just says something like "Press B to cancel." Maybe there's a time when you hit A to accept. Edit: Here's a terrible video showing me scanning in the Decoration Present. Skip to 10:30 for the actual scanning in on the Ruby version (Incredibly poor) and about 12-12:30 for a really good video shown from the perspective of the E-reader. If anybody needs or wants it for whatever reason, I could also upload the Japanese Ruby save.
  19. Most of the things in this thread go over my head. I'm trying my best to understand as much as I can. One thing that caught my off guard was this statement though. I was messing around using my English & Japanese Ruby versions, Eon ticket and E-reader and my R4. I backed up my Japanese save, scanned in the Eon Ticket after writing it to my English save. Then I just backed it up again and wrote it to my Japanese save. I'm not sure if this will be of any use to you guys but I thought I'd share anyway. I never tried to mix records with my Japanese Emerald though. I've been wondering if it would transfer the Eon Ticket. EDIT: I actually own a Japanese E-reader + and the Decoration Present. I fully intend to beat the Japanese games and inject the Regi dolls into my saves before uploading them. A few things to note. 1:There's a man who appears in Mauville city's Pokemon Center. He has different hair colors and purposes based on your ID number. You want the one with green hair. You can send him secret base decorations and when you mix records with another game, he gets sent to the other game. You can use this method to transfer secret base decorations (Including the Regi dolls) this way. 2: English and Japanese Emerald versions can mix records. I know this for a fact. You could use this fact to get legit Regi dolls in your English saves. (Or you could just do what I did. Write a Japanese save (Ruby) to and English cart and mix records with another English cart. (Emerald.) *Sorry if I'm going too far off topic. I just thought I'd throw this out there for anybody who would be interested in getting 100% legit/Official Regi dolls.
  20. I was pretty sure I had an Eon ticket code for Ruby and Sapphire but I don't remember now. My Action Replay had to be reset this morning because those things are the most touchy, worthless piece of trash. I have 2 actual eon tickets so I usually just scan those in when I want to now.
  21. After a lot of tedious trial and error and testing, I finally managed to get the Japanese Action Replay codes for the Emerald ticket events to work. (For anybody like me looking to get legit, gen 3 ticket event Pokemon) I entered in the M code and DMA disabler code from the main thread and then the ticket enabler codes. I already activated the tickets on my save long ago. So you shouldn't have any problems getting those to work. I kept pressing the Action Replay button and pressing L + R and that never worked. I tried sailing from a few of the islands themselves to Lilycove and that never worked. Every single time, I flew from Mauville to Lilycove and pressed the Action Replay button and then L + R. If that didn't work, I would soft reset the game ( A + B + START + SELECT) and then continue as usual and the codes worked after that! I was using a GBA SP, an older model Action Replay and a Japanese Emerald cart. I have no way of backing up or restoring saves to gen 3 carts so this is how I had to do it. Hopefully this helped somebody else.
  22. I'm mainly posting this to subscribe to this thread. I wanted to do this buy you completely lost me at the hex editor part. I have a complete Japanese save from when I was going for a legit Ageto Celebi and I have most of the stuff. I want a complete as possible gen 3 collection so I had intentions of getting the E-cards. Is there no other way to do this?
  23. Alright, thanks for the help! I already intended to get the Japanese E-Reader and cards. I have a modded Wii as well as 2 region free disks and English and Japanese copies of all the gen 3 games in English and Japanese. I hope to someday use them on my original Colosseum save.
  24. Thank you so much! What hardware do you have? It's been a long time since I read this. Is it just a Japanese E-Reader and the Japanese cards or did you print them out?
  25. GBA Action Replay. It's a late model as well. The DS slot is useless, can't seem to update it with the PC and production was cancelled some short time after I bought it. (Feb 2010)
