Just don't update it then, use the exact xdeltaUI from the downloads here I literally just tried a new one here to test what was going on and that worked fine for me. No updating, clean ROM. Make sure you choose the apply patch tab: Patch is the .xdelta, Source is the Clean ROM.nds, and the Output is whatever.nds at the told directory. -
The xDelta will work for both 32bit and 64bit. It's basically saying if there is an update for xDelta just update it. I also have a 64 bit computer and use the xdelta packaged with the download for VW2/BB2. You only have to specify the inputs and outputs. Find a place that has a clean Black 2 or White 2 ROM, then download the patch on the first post of this thread. It even comes with xDeltaUI for you! You just select the ROM, and select the xDelta patch file, and profit is then obtained. And as a side note, I highly recommend you update your emulator before doing anything else. -

Don't post where you got your ROMs from, but it is possible that something happened to that prepatched ROM. It's always preferred you patch your own ROMs, it's not hard either. Do you have the latest version of DeSmuME? Should be version r4726, from the SVN. Have you tried using another emulator? -
