    @Got_Eevees I'm going through gen 4 tables right now, I haven't really set much time a side for this project and things got a little delayed due to spending time with friends before they leave for the year again. Expect the original post to be amended soon a full list of under leveled Pokemon. Just keep in mind there will probably be errors in the list at first. I'm glad that posting these were able to help you. As I was going through encounter tables I've learnt that the Bulbapedia page I was using for reference had some wrong information and some of the gen 1 and 2 in-game trade Pokemon can actually be found at lower levels then documented on that page. But, I'll have to double check on that information by checking in game. As for getting them in all languages I'd love to do that, but as I do not own any other language game other than english ones I'd need to rely on emulation to get them or find others with different language versions to help out.

    That is something that is 100% out of our control. I don't know who makes that decision, but it isn't something we do not have authorization to do. Otherwise the download section would be flooded with everyone's stuff and nothing would ever get found. So no, files get uploaded to this thread and maybe, but leaning greatly to the side that this will never be considered as something that will be incorporated into the downloads section.

    If you'd like you can help out. There won't be any training of Pokemon required since the only Pokemon left are ones to find in the wild. I still need to look through encounter tables to see where under leveled Pokemon are located, but I'll do that early next week as I heading out of town for the weekend. In terms of a Dropbox any Pokemon caught can be uploaded to this tread or use the privet messaging for discussion that doesn't need to be public.

    Good day everyone! The aim of this thread is to collect all of the Pokemon that can be legally obtained under level in game i.e. Magicarp evolves into Gyarados at level 20, but can be found at level 15 in Pokemon Yellow. Below you'll find a list of Pokemon for each generation and the level that they are encountered at, as well as, what game they are caught in (if no game is listed then the Pokemon can be found in all games in that generation at that level). Also, please note that the given location is not the only location that the Pokemon can be found at that level it's just the first one I saw and that there maybe errors in the lists so don't hesitate to point them out so that they can be corrected. If you got any updates, you can send it to @jojo12100! (he's managing the sheet seen below) If you'd like to contribute to this thread please follow these guidelines and recommendations: Please no Pokemon from Wonder Trade or GTS Try to use actual hardware Also, considering adding the under leveled Pokemon from Pokemon Stadium So far I've only done the Pokemon that can be obtained through trading with NPCs as outlined on Bulbapedia's In-Game Trade page. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/In-game_trade . As a side note not all Pokemon are recognized as legal with PKHex. As well, not all Pokemon can be legally transferred to gen 7 as some required breeding in gen 2 to get the lowest possible level for the Pokemon that was traded. Those ones will be legal once the Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver virtual counsel games are released in September. Also, some where obtained in Pokemon Crystal and will not be legal for transfer to gen 7 for the foreseeable future. (Download Folder is up to date) Under Leveled.zip

    I'd love to get my hands on that Zorua as well since Zoroark is one of my favourite Pokemon, but that Relicanth is a Pokemon I've put a lot of thought into back in elementary school. Back then I though there had to be some undiscovered way to obtain it in game and in early high school I just assumed the they must of used some program like Pokesav, but for gen 3. The best part is if it really is a debugger Pokemon chances are there will be a couple more Pokemon that will be found alongside it. Hopefully its found one day so that I can finally succeed in getting that Relicanth.

    I was wondering if anyone has found evidence of a debugger Relicanth in Pokemon Emerald. The only evidence I have for the possible existence of this Relicanth is from the english version of the Official Pokemon Emerald Guild on page 9. According to the book this is the information for the Relicanth; Name: RELICANTH Gender: Male Ball: Ultra Ball OT: Debug P (Male Trainer) ID: 65066 Ability: Rock Head Nature: Naive Met: Littleroot Town at level 2 I have provided pictures of the book and the Relicanth if it helps at all.

    Hi again, I'm still playing on the 0.9.8 version and have encountered a very annoying glitch that is making me consider starting over with version 1.0.1 and I'm wondering if it has been addressed in the new version. The glitch happens when I sometime successfully snag a Pokemon and the next Pokemon on the opponents team is never sent out. This has lead to a few endless battles. I've attempted to reproduce the glitch and a few time and now I can get it to consistently happen. I think it's due to the AI attempting to switch the Shadow Pokemon on the same turn that you succeed in snag the Pokemon resulting in either the opponent only being able to send one Pokemon out at a time for the rest of the battle or never sending out another Pokemon. I've found the glitch to be more common in the later game when Shadow Pokemon started to use move that dropped their own stats. Lastly, thank you for making this hack. It has been wonderful!

    @coltonsmogon try using this tutorial it sounds similar to what I did when I set mine up. As myself haven't actually used this tutorial I probably will not be able to lend assistance if you get stuck so read it over and understand the procedure before beginning.

    How late in the game will the new Shadow Pokemon be appearing? I'm just wondering so to know if I should slow down and wait or just continue on if I missed it already.

    Here are the Pokemon and the save file. The save file is for Pokemon Red. The Pokemon here are 7 of the 8 possible Pokemon you can get for defeating the Elite Four on Pokemon Stadium. The 7 Pokemon here are Bulbasuar, Charmander, Squirtle, Eevee, Hitmonlee, Omanytle, and Kabuto. Hitmonchan is the only one missing from the collection. There is also a second Kabuto on the save file.     Hi everyone, As it appears that the site now has a gen 1 event section I was wondering if you wanted some of the Pokemon from Pokemon Stadium? I've got 7/8 of the Pokemon from beating the Elite Four the only one missing is Hitmonchan. I am aware that hacking gen 1 Pokemon is extremely easy, but I can ensure that these ones are legitimate. I extracted them from my Pokemon Red save by trading them onto a Pokemon Red save on a GB Smart Card 64m.

    I've been playing through the game and found a shiny Electrike and I've gone to check a play through of the game and he didn't get a shiny one. By chance did the shiny check on Shadow Pokemon get removed in this hack?

    I'm having difficulty trying to apply the patch to the game. I've tried NUPS, xdeltaUI, and UPS patcher. All of them give a similar error such as "The patch doesn't match the file." I've downloaded the newest 0.97 patch and have a clean iso of Pokemon XD.

    Thank you so much! No where in my google searches have I been able to find anything that outlined or mentioned the save structure of Pokemon Stadium. Let alone direct me to the tool uCon64 that makes it possible. I can finally start to find where registered party Pokemon are located in the save file. However, uCon is being difficult to setup so it will probably take me a few days to get it running.

    What is the 85h for raquaiza caught in the embeded tower

    From what I under stand the 85h should be 00 since the pokemon was not caght in grass or in a cave or in a building and most defently not given to you by some one so it only leaves the 00 value

    For the Suicune that wound be caght on route 25 would 85h be 02 thought it is not in grass just like darkrai

    I would like to know the 46h 47h and the 85h for the Dratini that is given to you in the Dragons Den.

    Also the values 9F and 00 for route 11, and AD and 00 for route 25 is being used for my Pearl. So I was wondering if the numbers are inputed in the 46h and the 47h. Lastly would anyone know the 85h for the Suicune caught in SS and HG.

    Another Question would Hidden Hex Values 85h still be 02 for Platinum.

    Can some one tell me the Hidden Hex Values for the Shaymin you catch in Platinum. I've looked at the Project Pokemons Pokemon Edit Page and I get messed up when it says "In Platinum, the 46h value is also important." Can some one help.
