You're probably referring to the PPSE-DS, thread here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?5032-PPSE-DS-r11
It only supports up to DPPtHGSS, though.

If I'm not wrong, it's a problem with your Port 53 UDP, it needs to be open to redirect the DNS to your local IP. Can you try making sure that port is open in your Firewall/Router?
-
To distribute to yourself you can just use your local IP.
-
It's hitting a lot of false positives on VirusTotal, but they're all the crappy anti-viruses. Just use avast! Free Anti-Virus, it's smart enough to not raise all sorts of problems.
-
Are you able to post a connection log from Shiny2?
-
Try a different MicroSD card in your T-Flash, or even another computer. If it can be read by the R4 and your computer "for one milla second", it should be just a connection issue.
-
@StreetPunkism: Try deleting all your connections from the DS and remaking only one.

Not that it'd be any better than PokeGen. Just use PokeGen, honestly.

Oh. My. Gosh.
I'm so sorry for the LONG downtime Server 2 has been facing, I've been extremely busy IRL. This shouldn't happen again. I hope. Everything's back up again! I still have yet to work on getting more Pokemon though. SORRY! >3<

Updated Server 2 DNS (Finally). Sorry for the wait.
-
Are you planning on using it for public or local distributions? It's definitely free for local distributions. As for public, you need your ISP to not be one of those that blocks Port 80 (like mine). If yours doesn't, it's free.

@vergil2010:
1. Load Save
2. Right Click > View Data
3. Make changes
4. Right Click > Set
5. Save

Thread Update - 12th June 2012
Hey guys, sorry for being away for so long. Anyway, I've updated the thread and all, Server 1 by willaien pulled through all the way without any hiccups unlike Server 2 which decided to die at some point. No one informed me. Oh well.
The statistics are amazing! Server 1 has distributed 18625 Pokemon since April 26th, and 3985 for Server 2. IT'S OVER NINETHOUSAAANNNDDDD.
I'll be adding more events as soon as I can.

Upload your .sav for us to look at.
-
Right click PokeGen, then click Run as Administrator. If you still get an error, either you're not supposed to be using that computer or something's very wrong with it.
-
@The Matimus: This thread hasn't been posted in for more than half a year. Look in the other threads in this section, you'll find what you're looking for.

I've no idea, really. Some firewall exception, perhaps? Changing directory usually helps though, lol.
-
Try putting the application in a different directory.
-
Are you running TeamViewer? Kill anything using Internet, like Skype.
Also try using Shiny2 instead of IR-GTS, I find it better.
-
@Zapdos96: Please don't hijack other people's threads. And don't use PokeSav, use PokeGen. So much better.

The link is working. You were clicking on 3.0.5, right? Anyway, try this:
-
You should be opening them in the Mystery Gift dialog in PokeGen, don't open it like a .sav or .pkm. You can find Mystery Gifts under Tools in PokeGen.
OH NO!

Remember, never save if the code doesn't work.
