I just tested Mystery Gifts on Japanese version. The RNG function and the 4 consecutives check (< 36, < 72, < 72 < 77) are the same. I confirm that the Tentacool Doll and Pikachu Bed decorations can't be obtained on Japanese Pokémon Stadium either.

Beat pokmeon gen 3 I was already fairly far into the game, so glad I didnt have to start over again. Iwas in highschool when gen 3 came out and never went back and played it until getting the analogue pocket.1 point

No real way. HT/WT/Scale is a HOME only thing, and can't be hacked. If there's any consolation, I have some stuff with 0 in all three stats, despite being transferred up normally. It is a weird scenario.1 point
