Whenever there's a Pokemon Festa, there's usually events distribution! (tho right now, promotional material only seem to focus on Pokemon GO. Perhaps they'll mirror the Pikachu Outbreak Yokohama had?) I'll update this page, as the story breaks. The language data is already preset in the Pokemon structure in Gen III. (it would be seen documented as "language" in this page) The only games that do not have the "language" data and "origin game" data as part of the structure, are Gen 1 and 2 games. (Catch a Pikachu in English Red, and trade it to Spanish Blue, then use Poketransporter to send it up from Spanish Blue, and it's language and origin game will be "SPA" and "Blue")
