An campaign was introduced by the official Japanese site, to celebrate the upcoming launch for the first part of Sword and Shield's DLC.

May 22nd (Fri) 9:00 to May 29th (Fri) 8:59 JST
- Hidden Ability Galarian Mr. Mime
- Lure Ball, Moon Ball, Heavy Ball, Dream Ball

May 29th (Fri) 9:00 to June 5th (Fri) 8:59 JST
- Hidden Ability Galarian Ponyta
- Level Ball, Fast Ball, Love Ball, Friend Ball, Beast Ball

June 5th (Friday) 9:00 to June 12th (Friday) 8:59 JST
- Hidden Ability Galarian Corsola
- Sweet Apple, Tart Apple, Cracked Pot, Chipped Pot, Sachet, Whipped Dream

June 12th (Friday) 9 o'clock onwards, for a limited time (JST)
edit: Till June 17th (Wed) 8:59 JST. Presumably date wasn't released cause DLC release is around the corner.

Fixed. It was a translation error XD
Ultra Ball in Japanese is "Hyper Ball"
Beast Ball in Japanese is "Ultra Ball"

So when I copied the direct translation that said "Ultra Ball", I forgot to correct it ><

depends on the gifts.

So far, the first 2 gifts were distributed at non-shiny.
As for the rest, only time would tell..

2. When were these released?

Take a screenshot of your PKHeX, look at the date (as I mentioned in my previous post), what date is your PKHeX? :3

In all likelihood, that event did not exist when PKHeX pushed the update.
(Example, PKHeX was released before the event was released)

So wait patiently for PKHeX to be updated.

All of these event pokemon are showing as non legal as of the current version (20/06/19, a few hours ago build), is that just a display bug or what?

You know that Pokémon don’t have a “legal” flag, right? XD

Whether legal or illegal, that is determined based on the data in a Pokémon. I can only assume the newer events haven’t been included to the legality checks. And yes, we are aware...
