Even if PKHeX blocks modification of mons that bears a HOME tracker, the Sysbot can simply wipe the HOME tracker. It depends on the settings that the owner uses..

I ask about the Sysbot because I used it to evolve Hisui forms with PKHex, for example I deposited it to Dewott in Pokemon Home, I returned it to my Pokemon Violet, Dump my Dewott with sysbot, I edited it in PKHex to evolve it to Samurott Hisui, then I used the sysbot again to change the Dewott for the Samurott Hisui.

Now it is not possible because the owners, according to the sysbots of several Discord servers seem to be unable to activate the option to allow files with Home Trackers, even by changing the settings after the last update.

Edit:I have more information from the bot owners of a Discord server, it seems that currently MergeBot cannot review Home Tracker data in PKHex.

So, I see that you can't change any of the immutable values, which includes like IV', so here's my scenario. I want to change the Iv's of a Hisuian Samarroutt, but I don't have a copy of Legends Arceus, (however I do have Scarlet/Violet). If I get a a Hisuian Samaroutt from trade via the Pokemon Home App, and put it into Scarlet and Violet, is there any way to change the IV's of a Legends Arceus exclusive Pokemon, or do I have to get Legends Arceus and then edited it there, then transfer it to SV the proper channels? Or are there any alternatives?? Thank you

Generate an Hisuian Samurott with origin game SV, change IVs there.

If you want to edit an Legends Arceus origin Pokemon, then you need Legends Arceus.

I have a save of Pokemon FireRed, with legitimate Pokemon, captured in the game itself, I can export it as pk3, I tried to save using a blank save as pk8, but it gives an error from Pokemon Home Tracker, and the bots ask for pb8 to make the exchange in the BDSP that I have on the Switch, what would be the best way to recover this Pokemon (I don't have a 3ds)

The closest you can get is to inject into a Gen7 game on 3DS, then transfer from Bank into HOME legitimately, then transfer into the destination game. You will need a 3DS, obviously. Or, someone else to do it for you (not this thread, or forum).

Hi, I've stumbled over this thread while looking for an explanation on the functionality of the HOME tracker with respect to the restriction of storing only one of each BDSP-mythicals in Pokémon Home.

Long story short: due to receiving a Shaymin and an Arceus through trading and storing them in Pokémon HOME, I wasn't able to store my own Shaymin and Arceus legitimately obtained in game.

What I then did was sending both pairs of mythicals through a sysbot to receive the .pb8 files. Then I took the HOME trackers from the Shaymin and Arceus that were previously in Pokémon HOME and added them to the respective Pokémon with my own OT, which I then inserted back into the game via the same sysbot. No other data was changed.

After having done that, I was able to send them to Pokémon HOME and back to BDSP and the other Switch games without any issues.

So what happened? In my understanding after reading this thread there should have been a difference between the data kept on the Pokémon HOME servers with regards to PID, OT, Ball, IVs, language etc. and that of the Pokémon I then was able to upload to HOME.

1. Did the HOME tracker of my own Pokémon get overwritten, because from Pokémon HOME's perspective there had now been two different Pokémon with the same HOME tracker stored on their servers?

or

2. Did the data Pokémon HOME associates with the two HOME trackers get updated, because I sent my own Pokemon from the same game file as the traded mythicals, when they were first transferred to Pokémon HOME?

or

3. Does the use of another Pokémon's HOME tracker simply not trigger an automated rejection of that Pokémon, but it could still be recignized as having been manipulated at a later point.

I'd be grateful if anyone has any insights on those points.

No clue what happened there. Maybe HOME recognised the trackers of “mythical that was allowed entry”, then saw that the data was different then rerolled the trackers, who knows.

Would need more testing to confirm the scenario.

How can I generate a home tracker then, if I want my pokemon to have one?

Do I just mash the keyboard for the home tracker part and it'll work?

Read the first post. You don't. You transfer them legitimately from their original game.
