[Question] Pokémon of older games with exclusive moves

Hello,

I am asking your opinion about what are the strongest Pokémon with inusual moves.

For exemple: 

- Magmar with Follow Me (and Flame Body) from Pokémon XD

- Munchlax with Self-Destruct from the Pokéwalker of HGSS

- Zapdos with Defog from Platinum

- Oddish with Leech Seed from a japan event in Ruby and Sapphire 

etc...

They are rare to see and they are interesting to build.

Well Chansey/Bagon with Wish surely.

But it depends if you play strategic or not.

My question was only to have some suggestions for strange pokemon-move combination that i didn't know

I've never been one for strategy. I got my Boomlax from XD:.

I like to breed Treecko and Feebas with dragonbreath.

But Feebas can get Dragon Pulse as an eggmove and Sceptile gets it by past-gen tutor, so what's the point of having Dragonbreath?
Personally, I don't think the 30% paralysis chance is worth the lack of power, the only reason to breed a Dragonbreath Treecko would be to use it on a LC team (since Treecko itself doesn't get DP).

My mind is stuck in the past. I'm thinking gen 3 and use it for secret bases.

I don't know what half the moves so these days or which Pokémon learn them. I'm not into battling so I don't know which ones are good. And Boomlax is the only other one I know and it was already listed.

I particularly like Sludge Bomb Zoroark, but in general Zoroark can make it look like any Pokemon knows unique moves (then you get called a dirty hacker).

Learn today that Eruption Heatran event (from Ranger 3 but used in gen5) was the reason of region mark and lock in VGC.
