Pokemon Channel Jirachi

So apparently the distribution is only on PAL and AUS versions of Pokemon Channel? Do I have to have a PAL or AUS ruby and sapphire to receive it or it can be from any region? Also anyone know if channel jirachi can be shiny like the wishmaker one can be?

PAL = US/UK Engl, IT, FR,SP, GER

AUS = US/UK Engl

US Channel can't distribute any Jirachi, but US Ruby/Sapphire can receive them.

That's correct. Actually there's no difference between US and PAL Ruby/Sapphire.

i've found that Jirachi can be received with Emerald too!
i don't know if it's important but is a new update

Emerald Jirachi Uploaded but it has as Origin game Ruby

I assume the game origin is still Ruby/Sapphire. I also updated your post from 2017 to strike out the shinyness since we know now that the check is broken haha.
