Plus in order to "officially" complete the national dex you have to have all the information on the pokemon. I dont know if you have to have all the data to be able to turn it in to the professor because I've never actually completed it. And Oak does not even give me a Upgrade for the Pokemon i already evolved. Keeps talking about the 3 birds. However, now I wouldn't even dream of using my AR. I'm stuck with searching for a feebas just like everyone else. Hacking for it is easy though. Okami Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Actually, I was wrong in my calculations up there... it's .65% (there are 4 tiles of 612) Like I mentioned earlier, I'll probably just take one of my legal shiny hacks, put it up on Diamond's GTS for Milotic, and trade over. I think there is a 22% chance of finding them with the pokeradar in the grass before canalave city in D/P but in Pt its in the trophy garden via talking to Mr. Backlot.
