Take note this file is already on SwSh which is pk8 used this as reference but just what if Pokemon Home detect it don't proceed you can try legal method such RNG manip, or manual edit using PokeFinder that my alway do and etc. I can't explained any further on Gen 5 to Gen 9 since they have difference method. Take note this "NOT ALL LEGAL; YOU SEE IN PKHeX IS TOTALLY LEGAL SOMETIME THERE YOU SEE A ILLEGAL FLAG" and "NOT JUST REROLL ONLY TO GET SHINY", there lots video's on YT how to RNG manip 0280 ★ - ラルトス - CA0F05D35BC1.pk80280 - ラルトス - 428C3A30D4ED.pk8

Oh my bad, I did not mean Unpurified Shadow Pokemon, I'll just say Purified Pokemon just so it makes more sense. So I'll ask this again, if you don't mind! if you use Shadow Pokemon Nature Modifier Cheat Code from what Nature you want, when catching a Shadow Pokemon while finding IVs to match the Characteristics you want, and if you got the desired IV Characteristics, I purified that Pokemon, Migrating the Purified Pokemon from Nature Modifer Cheat Code & the IVs Characteristics you want, from Gen 3 to Gen 4. And when transferring that Shadow Pokemon from Gen 3-4 to Gen 5, 6, 7 and HOME. does Pokemon HOME check that Pokemon's Nature when Capturing the Shadow Pokemon with Shadow Pokemon Nature Modifier Cheat Codes from Pre-Pokemon Games or still the same answer you said?

Has anyone actually got the .pkm files with proper home trackers to do these Pokémon Home Challenges. I am only missing the one for Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup from dppt left to do since Pokémon Bank is officially shutting down in a few months.
-
This is for Emerald's Battle Frontier purposes I am terrible at RNG manipulation and just want legal versions of the above 2 Pokemon mentioned in the post title. All I have atm is something from a post several years ago about a legal perfect Latios, but this still isn't quite what I want since maxxing all IVs makes its HP Dark, and I want Fire on it. BTW if anyone wants the perfect Latios for whatever reason, here: 0381 - LATIOS - 19286937DA48.pk3

Sorry if this has been answered, I combed the forums im trying to get the last color on my trainer card in b/w, which is for the subway As far as I can tell, there is not editor for the color/flag to change events you’ve managed that change the card? So I’m trying to do the super subway single and double super, but I can’t find any combination of edits in the misc edits for the subway that either give me the flag for having beaten the 50 on each or to let me continue from that needed battle has anyone found a way to do this? Thanks in advance tldr 1. Can I change a flag to show I’ve beaten Ingo and Emmet on my trainer card color? 2. Can I make my subway battles resume from a certain number so I can fight ingo/memento for the trainer card color immediately?

Yoooo, that saved the file, I got it to work!! Thanks, man!! Really appreciate the help!

Should probably upload it. There's also GitHub - projectpokemon/RecoverSaveGen3: Try and recover a Gen3 save file via console app! · GitHub

Heyy, I'm sorry but i don't really know how to use a hex editor. I don't know if I did it right, but here's what I got. From the right's my friend's save - From the left is my own save of leafgreen as well. I can upload here my friend's save file instead if you want.
-
File size is wrong, not a proper dump. Open it in a hex editor and compare it to another valid save file of the same version to see if it's roughly similar.

Helloo, Im trying to edit my friend's LeafGreen save file on PKHex but it keeps saying it doesn't support the save file, I got to extract the save file from the cartridge using GBflash (I've already used my GBflash on other cartridges and edited its save files and it did work). It's also not corrupt as I've already tried playing with it already.

I noticed if you have 2FA enabled with your password manager / Google Authenticator, you can authenticate like that without having to get an email. That seems a fair solution. People using password managers are not really inconvenienced, people who are not will be a lot more secure than they were.

Turbo started following [Theory] Explorers - Dimensional Scream Notes

(Spoilers for Explorers. The citations are based on the scripts from the code which I haven't finished uploading yet, so I'll include the chapters and explanations.) List of Dimensional Screams: 03-03-03 Chapter 3, Accidental, Hero touched an apple and maybe Azurill, then heard Azurill shout in the relative future. 03-04-02 Chapter 3, Accidental, Hero touched Drowzee and witnessed Azurill shout in the relative future. 05-03-02 Chapter 5, Accidental, Hero touched the waterfall and witnessed Wigglytuff jump through the waterfall in the relative past. 05-06-02 Chapter 5, Accidental, Hero touched a gem and witnessed Wigglytuff trying to grab the gem but getting swept up in the relative past. 09-06-03 Chapter 8, Intentional, Hero touched the Groudon statue heard Grovyle explain the Groudon statue in the relative past(?). 09-06-07 Chapter 8, same as previous. 14-09-03 Chapter 11, Intentional, Hero touched a crystal from Crystal Cave and witnessed Grovyle take down Azelf in Crystal Cave. 15-04-07 Chapter 12, Intentional, Hero touched the crystal puzzle and heard Grovyle explain the crystal puzzle in the relative past(?). 18-01-01 Chapter 14, Intentional, Hero touched frozen water in the future and nothing happened. 27-10-03 Post game 1, Intentional, Hero touched a treasure chest and witnessed Wigglytuff place the treasure in the relative past. Notes: Can the Dimensional Scream show Hero? In the three Dimensional Screams that should show Hero (where Grovyle explains something), they don’t include visuals. It’s possible this is just to avoid showing a human. And yet every other Dimensional Scream that would include Hero cuts off just before or after they would enter it. Were the developers too lazy to recreate the scenes with Hero and Partner (possibly due to the hundreds of Hero/Partner combinations)? No, it uses the same code as flashbacks, which accounts for all combinations without extra work. What does the Dimensional Scream show? Every Dimensional Scream that takes place in the relative future is then witnessed entirely by Hero. Every auditory Dimensional Scream that takes place in the relative past has Grovyle. I'll talk about why I marked these with a question mark in a later post. Every visual Dimensional Scream that takes place in the relative past shows Wigglytuff. Does the Dimensional Scream require a trusted partner? We never see Hero alone, so there were no tests. Did Grovyle make it up to manipulate Hero into trusting him? In 19-06-01 Chapter 15, Celebi and a few other factors indicate they really were friends. If it was true, it could explain why Hero doesn't recognize the Dimensional Scream at first. Heros tend to only forget their life circumstances, though this can be debated in a later post. They seem to forget things like what kind of a person they were, who they knew, and what life was like on Earth, but not things like what they were, what words mean, and motor functions. If this is true, Hero shouldn’t have forgotten a core ability they had. The other Heros seem to have a bad relationship with the human world, and the Future isn’t great either, so this Hero may not be used to having a trusted partner. By extension, they may not have had many Dimensional Screams before Chapter 1. Must Hero touch an object? There is never an instance of the Dimensional Scream triggering without Hero touching an object. Though it took quite a while after touching the crystal from Crystal Cave, and it’s unclear if Hero was still touching the Groudon statue for the second Dimensional Scream. The majority of cases closely follow specific objects, but a few do not. The apple was loosely present when Drowzee abducted Azurill. The water was even less present when Wigglytuff jumped through the waterfall. Bidoof’s crystal was not present in Crystal Crossing. Does the Dimensional Scream really change in the Future? Grovyle explained that the Dimensional Scream only shows things related to Time Gears, but in the past, Hero always sees what they focus on. When Hero touched the apple and then Drowzee, they were focused on Azurill and Drowzee and saw a moment the two interacted. When Hero touched the waterfall, they were focused on trying to find the waterfall’s secret, and potentially thinking about Wigglytuff, seeing the moment the two met. When Hero touched Bidoof’s crystal, they were distracted and saw nothing, but then they focused on Azelf and Grovyle and saw the moment the two met. Hero gets better at seeing what they are looking for, with the first few times being accidental, and the last few being intentional. So why did Hero only see visions relating to Time Gears in the future? Hero wasn’t focused on anything when they touched the water, and already believed Grovyle, and thus had the answer they were needing anyway. Grovyle was obsessed with the mission, and even more obsessed with the Time Gears. I was going to list the quotes here, but there are way too many. The best example is 15-10-01 Chapter 12, where Grovyle hurt a large number of people. The visual for the move Leaf Blade is a six-point strike. While this happens for anyone using that move, Grovyle is the only main character with it, and his signature item is the Grass Blade (which both have the same name depending on the language). While not a strong point of evidence, as there were many factors and unknowns, the order in which Grovyle steals the Time Gears and then reaches Brine Cave forms a six-point star on the map (if you draw a line between each point and then simplify the middle). It’s also just a very strange order either way. It's likely that this obsession led Hero to only be able to concentrate on things related to the mission. And it's not like there was much else going on at the time to focus on.

Has anyone found a way around this? Am I missing something?
-
Duh. To be 100% sure, you'd have to either encounter it without any cheats/shortcuts (e.g. legitimately) or fully understand what is entirely legal on a case-by-case basis, which requires a metric ton of legality/generating knowledge.

The current handler state is not the same as OT/HT trash bytes. Be sure you've not disabled the program Slot Write setting for SetUpdatePKM.
-
Not sure if something changed and I need to do something else, but when editing a Pokemon in the newest build if I press CTRL and click on the OT field it brings up the Trash menu. I click Clear Trash, but the Pokemon is still flagged with an error: Invalid: Invalid Current handler value, trainer details for save file expected another value. Does this across multiple games/save files. Wondering what I need to do to properly clear the trash now, or is this just a bug?

PKVault - Centralized pkm storage management & Pokedex app
CCandy replied to chnapy's topic in Saves - Tools
Hello, I want to try PKVault but it refuse to launch on my pc (Windows 11). Can I get some help? -
I didn't explain that point clearly enough. After doing a final check in USUM, I plan to transfer my Pokémon from the “Bank” to ‘HOME’ following the official procedure. I had heard about the workaround that allows you to transfer Pokémon from “SWSH,” but I don't intend to use it.

Games across the generations are programmed differently, have different RNG implementations, and different patterns. Gen3 uses a single RNG; a 32-bit Linear Congruential RNG. To simplify things, the 32-bit RNG produces four 16-bit random values to generate the PID (32-bits) and IVs (30 bits). The RNG itself has 2^32 different states, so the PID (2^32) and IVs (2^30) are restricted in the possible results they can be found with. A 32-bit LCRNG cannot output more than 2^32 different combinations; the PID/IV has 2^62 different states possible. Hence, we can check if an RNG seed can yield the current PID/IV through backwards calculation. Gen5 uses two RNG instances to generate a Pokémon. A 32-bit seeded Mersenne Twister generates IVs, and a 64-bit main RNG to produce everything else. The mersenne twister can produce all possible IV combinations, so there is no correlation/restriction to detect for those. The remainder of the "random" properties such as PID-Gender-Ability (32-bits), Nature (0-24) are possible to obtain in any permutation, as the 64-bit RNG is orders of magnitude more random. It is important to note that there are still restrictions; if the game generates things in a specific pattern (like truncating certain bits of the PID) then the Pokémon must still follow the patterns of how the game generates a Pokémon to still be legal. The Entree Forest Pokémon require the ability bitflag of the PID (bit 16) to be 0 so that the game properly remembers it has that ability slot rather than a random ability. If all pkm-property-combinations are randomly possible from the game's RNG, then there is no correlation to detect. It's not worth the time/computation to guess & indicate an RNG seed, when there are billions+ of possible seeds that can originate it.

Not sure what you’re trying to say; unpurified shadows cannot be legitimately or legally transferred to the main series games..
