PKHex (need Modest HP Fire Latios and Mild HP Grass Zapdos with perfect IVs), BONUS Perfect Latios

This is for Emerald's Battle Frontier purposes

I am terrible at RNG manipulation and just want legal versions of the above 2 Pokemon mentioned in the post title. All I have atm is something from a post several years ago about a legal perfect Latios, but this still isn't quite what I want since maxxing all IVs makes its HP Dark, and I want Fire on it. 

BTW if anyone wants the perfect Latios for whatever reason, here:
