Patched Version of HG Save Rom on Clean HG at R4DS

I switched my mind to play the clean HG version. But when I did so, the save file wouldn't load. Just the black screen. I loaded the saved file from version 5 English Translation patched HG rom to clean HG. I kinda know that saved file has different game ID with the clean HG. I was wondering if I can load the patched HG saved file into clean HG in a actual DS using R4. I am successful at doing so at the no$gba emulator, but not with the actual DS. I tried saving game with clean HG at emulator, convert to R4 compatible save file, moved the save file into R4 with clean HG = FAIL... Anyone have answers to this problem? -
Just as the title says, what I mean is that is there any way I can get my save from R4DS flashcart transfered into my copy of Pokemon Platinum by using softwares? If I can do so, what software(s) do I need to have? -
Ive got the r4ds and I'm playin pearl version when u go to use the code that i made with pokesav they wont work or do anything help need UPDATE ITS ONLY THE POKEMON CODE THAT AREN'T WORKING IVE GOT THEM TO WORKING NOW HAHA

I downloaded Savegame Manager, copied it to my Micro SD card and loaded it on my r4, but whenever it tells me to press (b) to continue, I press b, the message disapears, and nothing happens... I am using firmware version 1.08. I heard of someone who had the same problem as I do, and another person recommended the version I have AND software 1.10...what's the difference between software and kernel/firmware? Please help, I really need to get my save file to the computer.
