    PKHeX only supports official game save files, not Hack Rom saves.

    I personally use my SysCFW always online. I don't even remember the last time i used OFW. Anyway, do what you think it's best. You will never be 100% safe if modding/hacking something.

    I have no idea on how your actual backup/restoration tool works, but that could be a possibile way to restore an edited save file into your cart.

    Currently there is no method of obtaining these mithycal Pokémon as Shiny. They cannot even pass through the official hack checks.

    You cannot share outdated event raids online, the raid data will be overwritten with the newer if you're attempting to do so. Locally, event raids can be shared only between games that have the same Wild Area News update. There is currently no way to share older event raids to who is on a different wild area news, unless all the users involved have CFWed consoles.

    In theory correct. In the pratical case, there could be some complictions in the AR->sav conversion. Pay attention, you need the backup you did in the past, not a new one. If you have the MicroSD you used at the time with the AR, the save file should be there and I think you just need to insert te SD into the PC in order to retrieve it. Also, please note that not all the Action Replay for DS/DSi are compatible with save file backup/exporting.
