    You can clone mons in 3DS games and send them up to Home, no issues.

    I feel like doing it on real hardware would be pretty tedious, how would you check if a Pokemon is shiny? On emulators you can eventually work with Lua Scripts. Just use the RNG scripts as a base and edit them to automate the operations until a specific encounter (might check for Shiny PIDs) is found.

    Make a backup of your save files prior to the editings, try any editings you want and test if it works. If PKHeX allows you to edit something, it should work correctly. If it create issues, restore your previous backup and report the issue.

    This was not included with the latest Home update. The restriction only takes place for Legendaries and Mythicals from BDSP. This was probably done to prevent the dupe glitch abusing that was affecting the game.

    Event description This is an event raid held by Scarlet and Violet. Notably, with this event you get a chance to encounter Tera raids featuring a level 100 (Shiny locked) Hisuian Decidueye with the Grass Tera type. This event ran from October 6 to 8, 2023. How to encounter Mighty raid in-game For 7-Stars Raids to be findable by players, they must first have unlocked 6-Stars Raids through story progression. This requires completing the entire game story and the post game until the academy tournament. Players must then complete 10 4-stars or 5-stars raids. Only after all these steps have been performed, the player will receive a call from Jacq, which he will proceed to tell you about dangerous black crystal raids. What can be done with these files The files to be imported into your save file are placed in the Files directory. We also provide human-readable data in Json format, and an Identifier.txt file containing the event index. Use our tutorial to import these files into your save.     Ask yourself: is this edit reachable through normal gameplay? If yes, then it's a legal edit. For Pokémon specific edits you can use the PKheX built-in legality checker. Please read the disclaimer in the PKHeX download page:

    What is said above is valid until they change how the Home data format is handled. They can change the default data (common data) anytime if they want, and it might make sense to do so when switch games will be out of support. Currently, SwSh data is the Home common data because it was the first game Home was compatible to. I would expect a rearrangement of all the data structures with the new console / games.

    Yes, PKHeX already has all the encounter templates from any mainline game.

    Correct, what was said applies to any server side distribution or game (eg. Home, GO)

    Perfectly legal -> you can't as it would need a valid Home Tracker, which is something PKHeX won't be ever capable to generate. If you don't care about the Home Tracker, you can use the encounter database and PKHeX will generate the legal entity for you (Tools -> data -> encounter db).

    As far as I can tell there's no public editor for static encounters. You can eventually dump the static encounter blocks yourself if they're labeled in here, replace the ek9 data with the ones you want to inject and restore the edited blocks. No guidance will be given for this, only proceed if you know what you're doing.

    No, shinies are generated randomly at each spawn, they can not be predicted in any way. Any outbreak can have a shiny.
