Lenora without a doubt. After you beat the Herdier, her Watchhog just uses retaliate and pretty much KO's the pokemon you have out(and an 85 attack is pretty high at the beginning of the game).

If your using the 5th gen games, then it won't be legit since when you transfer pokemon from the 4th to 5th gen, you have to delete HM moves so surf and fly have to be deleted to be legit and yes i know that won't make them surfing/flying pikachu but thats the only way to make them legit.

Let's put this issue in a simple format (couldn't really come up with the right words to use). Think of PIDs as fingerprints(interestingly, the odds for the same pids and fingerpints seem to be close). It's a very, very(just going to end the very's here since it would be a lot of them) rare to have two people with the same one, but when two people have to same one, does that mean they are the same person? No, even if your twins you still most likely not have the same fingerprints, same goes for PIDs...

Granted, you get barraged with over 9,000,000,000,000,000 jobs to do and you have to finish them in less than 2 minutes otherwise everything you cherish will be destroyed... I wish a black hole sucked up everything which means every parallel universe, all of time, matter, and even life itself...
