  1. Very nice Alpha. Do you think some pictures and a sample legitimate Pokemon file would also help out for this tutorial?
  2. Okay people, just a friendly reminder to please read the first page before asking any questions. Most of this should be pretty straightforward provided you read the actual instructions. Only ask questions that are not answered in the original post or if there is legitimate trouble not covered in the original post. I know reading through 50 + pages may be difficult, but the search function can help by offchance somebody else had similar problems as you did so try that out as well. Any legality questions should be posted in >>>LEGALITY SECTION<<<. So far it doesn't look like I have to infract anyone at the moment, but just remember that may change. tl;dr: PLEASE READ ORIGINAL POST BEFORE INQUIRING ANYTHING. Most likely it has already been answered. 그리고 한국판닌텐도3DS에는 불가능합니다. 저도 많이 시도했습니다. 죄송합니다 ㅠㅠ Check for the following: You have read the original post You are not using the new 3DS You are not a dirty Korean pleb using a Korean 3DS like me The firmware of your 3DS is 9.0-9.4 You are using sysnand and not emunand You have not exited out of the game when you pushed the Home Button to access the browser The necessary files are inside your SD Card (code.bin and your pokemon.ekx file) You have the latest version of PkHex Your Pokemon is saved as an ekx file (The file is saved as ek6 but must be manually renamed to ekx) The filename is pokemon.ekx (exactly this) Your SD card is not on read only mode (there is a switch on it) Your 3DS browser is cleared of history, cookies and cache (access the browser's settings, it is an icon that looks like a wrench) Failing the above you can initialise the Save Data in the browser settings Your Pokemon is not using ORAS only things and being injected to XY Check that you are actually looking at Box 1 in the PC, not some other box You are not asking legality questions in this thread You have a functioning brain Thank ScriesM et al for this wonderful development There, that's all. Happy injecting folks.
  3. Please use the Legality Section for your legality inquiries. This is not the place to ask for this.
  4. I am a little bit late to this party, but no matter how much I try, I think this exploit has no effect in a Korean 3DS, which I am an unfortunate owner of. So if anyone else uses one too and could double check for me that would be great. I am suspecting this though because our latest firmware does not even include themes and other updates other nationalities have received, so there may be a difference here on how the firmware works. It says the version is 9.3 but is mostly outdated compared to other regions.
  5. Hola DriveTheGamer, bienvenidos a PPOrg! How was that? I learned a bit of Spanish long ago, but I have forgotten since I have not used it in a long time. Nice to meet you.
  6. Welcome to the boards UnboundGuy. Hope you enjoy your stay.
  7. Pokemon: Diancie Gender: None Level: 50 OT: 영화관 (Movie Theatre) ID: 01155 Ability: Clear Body Nature: Random Moves: Diamond Storm Reflect Return Moonblast Item: Normal Gem Pokeball: Cherish Ball Ribbon: Wishing Ribbon Location: A Pokemon Movie Dates: 14 January 2015 ~ 28 February 2015 Game Distribution: XY, ORAS Distribution Type: Serial Code (redeemable until 31 March 2015) Distribution Location: South Korean Movie Theatres Sources: http://pokemonkorea.co.kr/?inc=movie-m17-event_dian ... why is it another theatre event? I wish this was an Internet distribution or something ;_;
  8. Korean site says ability is Rock Head. I hope it's just a typo from the Japanese site directly translated... http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/information/5c2cda60-5ede-452b-af2e-c5c56d228c16
  9. What? I thought Sturdy was Tyrunt's Hidden Ability. That is very strange and I did not know it was possible to program abilities that are out of the norm. It did happen with some trainers back in HGSS, such as Sturdy Rhyhorn from Brock (I believe that was it). Either way, getting a Rock Head Tyrantrum will be amazing: Head Smash let's go!
  10. Do message me if you want it: I will get to you when you are available.
  11. Are you sure it's male locked? Every where else it's mentioned as male-locked D: Do you want a female one? I can give you one if you'd like. If this is anything like the older events, the gender is preset when you receive the mon from the serial code, so you would have to be quite lucky for a female.
  12. Does that OT say Purezento? I guess it's "Present". Original post is updated. Now I wonder if these are not blocked from Miracle Trade... I started breeding these and I have a couple of them with Hidden Power Rock (the females ended up with 28 IV, but that should not be a dealbreaker), but the bulk of these are going worldwide. Eh heh. If anybody wants any just let me know. I'd like to get rid of them as there are too many. As for the original event, I do not have. Can anybody confirm if the event one comes with a fixed perfect IV or not?
  13. For Serperior, code cannot be entered until the 9th of January. My game is Korean software, and it is also 16 digits as well. If you fill in less than 16 digits, the blank fields get automatically filled with zeroes. With that said, I have a bunch of Contrary Snivy all sitting in my box, but I will not distribute them until they are legally dispersable (starting from 9 January 2015). If anybody wants one badly, feel free to message me.
  14. Just go with what you like. I personally found Squirtle the most fair for the game, though most swear Bulbasaur is. Charmander is supposedly hard mode but you can support it with other mons anyhow.
  15. .. but muh crits... Okay OP is updated. Who's willing to bet the next codes are POKEMON500 and POKEMON503?
  16. I'd say the biggest offender is Mega Mewtwo Y, being slower than Mega Alakazam, gaining an unnecessary + 40 on Attack, while simultaneously lowering its Defence, making going Mega rather not so useful except for the Special Defence buff. Sure, the primals also got a + 40 on their unneeded attack to balance them, but Mewtwo really has nothing going for it with an ordinary ability like Insomnia. But this would be going off tangent here. Pidgeot, from what I gather, seems to be a great late game cleaner. It's a shame it is slower than Greninja by 1 point in base speed, but Hurricanes that do not miss is something very scary. It probably does not have Focus Blast because Gamefreak is pandering to their new legendaries like Tornadus Therian and saying it cannot completely outclass it. Still liking the fact I really tried to run a special Pidgeot all the way back in Generation IV as well, when its "ultimate move" was Air Slash, and Green's ultimate Pokemon was a Pidgeot. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?10806-Brave-Bird! I ran Pidgeot as my bird in most games where it was available, and even in my X version as my bird Pokemon, soloing every Sky Battles in the game, including that Aerodactyl surprise (Featherdance + Roost is amazing). It also brings some fun memories when I was still collecting the 7th badge, I had Wifi on, and a Japanese passerby challenges me, leading with a scary Mega Mawile with Swords Dance. I guess he did not know Swords Dance had more PP than Featherdance, but it was very funny when he actually forfeited against my in-game team. Unfortunately, I was unable to save that battle and many others because VS Seeker was not available before I beat the league. Pidgeot is definitely something if you can do funny things with it. My biggest qualm is them introducing the Mega Stone in a game where it is of complete irrelevance storywise. Gamefreak please... it would have served well in XY for nostalgia's sakes I'm unsure what you mean by other "projects", but I can probably list the flaws of most mons you can name me functional-wise because power creeping is real. Closest thing I can tell you is this: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?5524-Top-10-Most-Disappointing-Pokemon-of-2009 I wrote that long ago, and at that point I probably didn't know any better, as I thought competitively and nothing else (and flavour wise too). But I can actually see most mons do have some roles attached. Surely, things like Kricketune will remain obscure forever, but even THAT got Sticky Web, a relatively rare technique. Gamefreak, when designing competitive stats and such, seems to be having double battles in mind, and it has become abundantly clear to me they do not really playtest their games that much (I'll probably state a bit more on that at some other time lest I digress). It really should not have surprised them that Aegislash was used mostly as a special attacker when they designed it as a physical mon in mind when it has equal stats in both and the movepool to use them, for example. But yes, I can probably make viable sets for most mons in singles or doubles environment. In South Korea, they all seem to hail Pachirisu of all mons as God-chirisu because 박세준 (Park Sejun) won the championships while using one, though really, it is not because it is amazing by itself, but rather it fit with his team well for his Gyarados, which people seem to fail to understand.
  17. I've seen shiny Primalmons and Mega Rayquaza in ORAS being used, so I don't see any reason for them to lose shininess. They will not, as a matter of fact. Just because a mon is shiny locked in ORAS does not mean the ones you have received from the past will lose their shininess for no reason. My friend has a shiny Deoxys as well (imported from Gen 3), and it is still as yellow as ever. Strange things also happen, as shiny story legends with a Gen VI pentagram were also being traded throughout Miracle Trade... strangely enough. Those are hacked, but it goes to tell you shinies do exist.
  18. Wow yeah, I know. It was exactly made the way I wanted it to be! It was lorewise, completely wind oriented. Believe it or not, during the early days of XY, my first breeding project was actually Timid Pidgeys because I kept telling myself Gamefreak will make a specially based Mega. Lo and behold, it comes true in ORAS! I still have many more left, I believe, and I'm sure people on Miracle Trade were wondering what I was thinking when I spouted out massive Timid Pidgeys. Eh heh. ORAS megas, though, completely destroy the balance of XY Megas because almost none of them have any stats added to irrelevant stats as mega (such as + 20 Attack on Mega Gardevoir). Yeah, it should learn Focus Blast, but Gamefreak always thinks they have the "balance right", now Mega Pidgeot cannot OHKO Pikachu with Hurricane (it could if Pikachu did not get a defensive buff, or if Hurricane was not nerfed). But still, Mega Pidgeot is actually a force to be reckoned with, at least. We don't have necroposting rules here (as long as topic in question is relevant or whatever), so feel free to post more.
  19. Eh we are talking about the same people who don't know how to balance off their own game, let alone playtest it. If you don't mind, I'm going to apply that template in this post, just to make it look better, I guess. If anything is amiss, feel free to edit.
  20. You can only hope some of these starters get distributed across Wonder Trade and you can then breed those HAs for yourself. It really is not a big deal as I doubt there will be no breeding spitbacks across the Wonder Trade network when people start breeding these. As for the HAs themselves, I can see Serperior fans rejoicing, while Emboar also become more powerful. Samurott though................. If you breed with a Ditto, there is a small chance for the male to pass the HA, so all is not lost.
  21. Hello Rayquaza. It is nice to meet you.
  22. The last condition will be the one taking effect, just like normal weathers. So for example, if both Primals are switched into the field, the slower mon's ability will be the one that lasts. If they are both same speed, it all is 50/50 and depends on speed tie, and whoever happens to lose that tie for that turn gets its weather up. This is pretty much why Primal Groudon is a broken piece of land behemoth while Primal Kyogre got the short end of the stick. Primaldon can switch into Kyogre's water attacks anytime, while switching into Primaldon's signature ground attack with Kyogre is almost a guaranteed OHKO. I'd still make Kyogre as fast as it could so you can revenge kill a Primal Groudon instead of being slow because it gets mauled by Groudon's Ground attacks anyways if both are on the field. Primal Kyogre is one of the few monsters that can OHKO Primal Groudon, if it comes in on the right moment. Rayquaza's Delta Stream just completely cancels out Primal mon's abilities as long as it is on the field. Therefore, if you have Surf on Mega Rayquaza, it will hit Primal Groudon anyways.
  23. Actually, most of the legends are not shiny locked. You can, in fact, get shiny Reshiram and Zekrom now (a certain friend of mine got a shiny Reshiram), for instance. However, story mode mons like Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza seem to be shiny locked. Along with Deoxys.
  24. Aww that is sweet. Mine passed on 22 November, and I remember first coming into the center last year when I got X and played through, for a pleasant surprise. How does ORAS's version look, as I only have XY at the moment? Still does not fail to warm my heart I guess, despite being digital.
