The rain does not benefit anything in this team at all aside from random water moves from Milotic and Gyarados and weakening Fire moves against Venusaur and Celebi. That's about it. How to get the most out of rain? Usually, that involves Pokemon that have ABILITIES that can benefit from the rain, such as Swift Swim and Rain Dish. You see Omastar? It has that magnificent base Special Attack of 115... but hampered by that really atrocious speed of 55. With the ability Swift Swim, it becomes a monster in the rain because it becomes twice as fast (making it outspeed MANY things) and can actually be very viable as a sweeper. A Rain Dish Ludicolo (there's also Swift Swimmers) can be an annoying staller with Leech Seed/Protect/Dive/etc... That's an example of how rain teams work; they should really benefit from the rain that can make a difference b/w win and lose. You put in many Pokemon that can benefit from the rain, and since rain is only a temporary weather (Kyogre is banned), you will also want to stick Rain Dance on your teammates. The item Damp Rock can increase the duration of rain from 5 turns to 8, which is really amazing. I'm not saying to put a whole team of swift swimmers/rain dishers though, you will also want one or two Pokemon that can protect the rain team from falling. An example would be, erm, Bronzong, who has the defenses to take hits, rain weakens fire moves targeted on it, and can set up rain itself and annoy enemies with support moves like Hypnosis and Reflect/Light Screen. Lanturn can eat Electric moves for breakfast and also benefit from the rain by powering up its water moves. You will need to put up some thoughts before posting up a team.     Hidden Powers don't count Anyways, it's Giratina for me too because it's a Ghost/Dragon, which is pretty cool to me. Plus it has two forms. I don't know, I liked it even before it got its alternate form.

    If that's your opinion then stick to it yourself. No need to criticize what most people do: build a team in-game for the fun purpose and how the game is actually meant to be played. Yes, I catch that Pidgey early and train it. And some Pokemon you get early are quite good, like Magikarp or Geodude. And of course, you have that problem of overleveling where you're too strong you OHKO every wild Pokemon in the game, making it hard to catch one except by luck. If you want an improved AI that matches up your level then do Battle Tower. That's all I'll say. Gym Leaders are the storyline part. If you overlevel your Pokemon, sorry you won't get a challenge in-game. Anyways people, this is a REALLY old topic I proposed back before HGSS was even out... so you can totally disregard it.

    One fully trained Pokemon = boring. It's only for the sake of novelty challenge and whatnot (I played through the whole Emerald with just Swampert... and some HM slaves). Sure you have an awesome Typhlosion/Feraligatr/Meganium/whatever (I can't see Meganium one shotting everyone though), but I think most people actually want a whole team. Yes, most of them have actually beat the game with *gasp* more than one Pokemon. It's called *gasp* teamwork! The wild Pokemon are always lower leveled than my Pokemon in this game... But I mean, if one Pokemon is your style, than totally go for it. But most of us, I think, actually want a team. Hold up a minute, I thought this was about how to improve gym leaders. Mhh, what's done is done. The low level curve's main reason is largely due to keeping the game longer with two regions.

    Actually FE Shadow Dragon's Hard Mode 5 is pretty hard, really hard that I had to abuse Jeigan quite a lot (in the similar manner I abused Marcus in Fe6's hard mode). I haven't played Radiant Dawn to know though (Ike is broken though so who cares?), and how is the Tellius universe though? I haven't cared enough to play it though, but I may get my brother Path of Radiance for his Gamecube. And FE4... X_X... actually 5 is a lot harder. All the other FEs are a joke compared to 5.     Hector and Lyn definitely pair up together very well. They're quite opposites... like Hector being rash and Lyn being... more logical? I'd date that role to Eliwood but whatever. Hector's wife... I wish I knew because there is no sign of who he married... and Lyn just came out of nowhere when they added her in FE7. FE4/5 are the hardest Fire Emblems in my opinion... and they're quite long (FE4 has 12 chapters but they're all really long). I've only played a part of it, haven't touched the whole thing. I feel like hacking FE7 to make it FE1... characters with personality and support convos

    I still don't go anywhere near people with perfect IVs/nature/hidden power/whatever... just because I don't believe they were able to do that legally. That applies also to those legendaries who are ridiculously tough to catch every time without using the Master Ball and very tedious to SR for the right stuff. Okay, one of that in your team? Ok, it's possible... but all 6? Wait a minute what's going on here? I mean, it's possible, but I'm finding it on EVERY single people I fight while I'm using regular Pokemon... ironically due to Pokesav That's the only issue I have with people who use AR. For those who just don't care about HM slaves or whatever... fine, just Cut/Strength through. Walk through walls. Level up quickly. Catch a Mew! Fight Professor Oak! Give your Pokemon Wonder Guard for in game purposes. I don't really care. Besides, it's quite fun messing in single player. But cheating on multiplayer just to get the competitive edge? That's going low. Why not play the game as it was meant to be played? You want perfect Pokemon? Please play on a simulator or something... that's what it's there for. Sure the UI is different, but I don't care, STOP RUINING MY WIFI EXPERIENCES. EDIT: By the way, is this the wrong place? I guess I will move it.

    Fire STAB >>>> Electric STAB definitely. I see you're more into Uber games than OU games. The two title legends getting banned? Definitely. They'll probably have stats at around 680 (or even less, as Kyogre/Groudon got away with that and are still uber) and with some form of signature move (which they still failed to give Mewtwo after four generations) and a signature ability (I would have thought it is Pressure, but it's confirmed they have something like TerraVoltage or some strange ability). As for the new metagame, we don't know if it will be the same like this time or not. We don't even know if stuff like Scizor will play a significant role either thanks to new moves, items and Pokemon. The tier will probably shape up after a few months or so, after mass testing and whatnot. My thoughts? Every single Pokemon that has been introduced here will outclass every old Pokemon. Just kidding.

    What are you talking about? Roy is the best! In fact, he can marry 1 out of 5 possible women... whoo hoo! Or are you one of those people who only like people for stats and not personality? Meh I don't blame you, most people are like that, and I'm just one of the few who go by their personality... but apparently Leaf is the worst Lord. Bad Lord or not, I tend to like most of them. But Roy with SoS = win. I don't care that you get him late, he's still pure win Btw STBE, there are more proof that Eliwood canonically married Ninian (I can't find out who Hector married ever) Reasoning? BTW has any of you played Fe4/5? The universe there is too dark, has an evil god who eats children sacrifices, and an evil church o_o Fe1/3 I love... but the remake. Ugh. Runescapey graphics, not too engaging, and almost no character development. Come on! Why would Marth go to Gordin "Oh, you're one of our archers right?" when these two are FRIENDS? Lack of personality in each character is not exactly motivating/captivating. I hope the 2nd book puts more into the storyline... I'd remake FEDS to GBA version (hack FE7) but I'm hacking too many of these things

    Fire Emblem 6-7... Elibe universe was the best. I can completely relate it to Europe and old European traditions (Roland and Durandal!). Also, the characters' stories and development was amazing. I don't know, shoot me, I analyze a lot

    Maybe it has Levitate (okay, a good ability but so great on a legendary pixie so I doubt that)? Jirachi should be able to fly... but ha ha... it is weak to Ground moves (those times are the times you wish it DID have levitate). Scizor has wings but it isn't Flying (Scizor cannot even Fly according to the Pokedex). Heracross has wings, can fly, and isn't even Flying (ironically it is VERY weak to Flying). It looks like a Normal type to me, but we can't be sure. But how in the world does that thing look like a phantom? I can see it now: Victini Type 1: Digimo-*gets shot* Although the part that looks remotely bug at all are probably its eyes.

    Awww... my friend's Red's label is the one torn out. My Red/Blue/Yellow labels are just fine though. Thank you for sharing them. They are truly amazing ^^
