Project Pokémon Bot

This gift was distributed in Toys "R" Us stores across the United States, distributed to commemorate the release of M08: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. It has been determined that 430 MYSTRY MEWs existed, though only 426 was used, and 4 were not available. This extra 4 was created due to how the distribution procedure (when transferring to the save used by TRU) has to create 5 Mew at a time. However, as the save maxed out on capacity, 4 MEWs, and 1 starter, was traded away. This page holds the 4 MYSTRY MEW that were unavailable to players. Additionally, besides the standard in-game trade Farfetch'd, every Pokémon found in the Hall of Fame of the MYSTRY Mew save has been dutifully recreated and added to here. Recreation is based on PID, which can be used to infer the Pokémon's Nature, IVs, and even encounter slot. Based on the data, besides Blastoise, based on encounter slot data derived from their PID, it appears that the level shown in the Hall of Fame entries is the level they were caught at, meaning they weren't even leveled up. Their likely use, was to be placeholder fodder, to take the brunt of attacks, while the player revives their Blastoise. Read more here about the 430 Mew here:

Back in September 25, 2004, the toys retailer TOYS "Я" US in United States had a single day event, where some Pokémon were distributed to players. These following mons were known to be distributed (red means missing): Like the MYSTRY Mew distribution, it appears that the distribution across the stores used the same cloned save, and were distributed to players via trade. Some of the mons in this archive came from LordHuffnPuff. In this archive, most of the files are .pk3. Also important to note that Machoke & Haunter was received as a Machamp & Gengar respectively, since it was distributed by trade and it wasn't holding an Everstone. Devolved Machoke & Haunter was added, as it was potentially possible for the player to request for a double trade (to send over an Everstone), and getting the staff to help them attach it to Machoke/Haunter, as unlikely as that may be. The .pk4 format entries were removed, as they were potentially faked.

In Pokémon Black 2 & White 2, a new feature called Hidden Grottoes were introduced. In these spots, besides random item spawns, players get to encounter Pokémon that have their Hidden Ability, which cannot be normally found in standard grass/cave/water encounters in the games. The levels varies, depending on which Grotto the Pokémon was encountered in. It is important to note that any kind of Hidden Grotto encounter cannot be shiny. Besides the standard grotto encounters, the in-game mechanic Funfest Missions also allows for different Pokémon to be encountered, though all but one of such mission are local wireless missions. This page hosts files of the various different species that can encountered in the standard grotto, as well as Funfest Mission grottoes. To be completely transparent, the Funfest grotto encounters were obtained using RAM manipulation, as detailed here. The only reason why this is done and why the files are included, is because it appears the encounters generated are indistinguishable from the actual Funfest mission. Poliwag has been removed, because there's an announcement that claims the announcement for Poliwag was a mistake, and wouldn't be included.

In Pokémon X & Y, lies a feature called Friend Safari. It uses the Friend Codes of the Friends on player's 3DS, to allow for some variable encounters. The encounters in the Friend Safari will have at least two 31 IVs, and also appears to have a higher chance of being shiny. Additionally, depending on scenario, encountering the Pokémon with Hidden Ability is also possible. A Friend Safari can have up to 3 encounter slots. The first 2 are guaranteed, however the 3rd slot requires the player's friend to have defeated the Elite 4, and also be online the same time as the player. Description This promo card was only available to Japan, and even then it was not easy to come across one. There were a few different draws throughout the years in Japan, and it each time it was mailed to lucky winners, who mailed-in proof that they purchased at least 6 e-reader booster packs during the promotional period. This promo card does not store itself in some way on the save, so it could not be extracted like e-Card Trainers and e-Card Berries (as .ect and .ecb respectively); it basically ends up directly adding the doll to your save, not particularly different from the way this tool works. Additionally, @HaxAras has a page that provides a bunch of saves, as well as detailing how to transfer the dolls onto an international system. Usage In order to use this .raw, users will need a VBA link with e-reader support. Instructions on how to use the VBA link with e-reader support can be found here.

The Pokémon Battle e are e-Reader cards that utilized the e-Reader compatibility of the main series games, to give players extra content beyond the ones programmed into the games. They can be obtained as promos or from booster packs. Examples of various English e-Reader cards can be seen here. These are the sets that are presently in the set: 1. For Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the paired games had an exclusive feature that allowed them to scan e-Reader Cards and obtain a special berry. Pokémon holding these berries were not allowed to be traded to other main series games. Pokémon holding these berries were also not allowed to be traded to Colosseum or XD, nor transferred to Pokémon Box: Ruby and Sapphire. Once you scanned the e-reader card (or injected the berry card data), you can collect the berry from Norman in Petalburg City Gym. Pokémon holding these berries were allowed to be Pal Parked into Generation IV, however their held item would become the Enigma Berry. In Generation III, there is no legitimate way to acquire the Enigma Berry, as it is merely a placeholder in those games. Additionally, the data for these e-Card Berries do not exist in the ROM data of the Gen III games; the e-Card data is loaded into the save, and the game uses the placeholder Enigma Berry to display the stored data.
