In the year 2004, various Pokémon were distributed as eggs with special moves, where in that particular generation or games, they normally have no access to those moves. Players could receive the wonder card at the Pokémon Center stores found in Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo, as well as at a Battle Tour that was ongoing on that time. This gift was given to players that visited any of the Pokémon Centers in Japan during their birthday month. It should be noted that regardless of the player's game save language, this Chansey will be received as "JPN" (will have "JPN" language tag on non-Japanese languages). However, the nickname is set to default to the player's game save language. (so for example, if you're playing on English, you'll get "Chansey" as the name, and it'll bear the JPN language tag, as seen in the screenshots section) This however causes issues if you're playing on Korean: the Chansey will have "??" as the name (even though the data of the file shows it was assigned the correct name). It appears to be a glitch caused by the game: Any Pokémon will JPN language tag cannot have a Korean name, as seen in the screenshots) This can occur naturally, by simply trading a JPN caught Pokémon to a KOR game and evolving it there. Starting from the international (excluding Mainland China) release of Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee on the November 16th 2018, this gift could be redeemed by players that purchased a Pokéball Plus. Besides the international release, there will eventually be a Mainland China release for the pair of games. Even though Switch games are region free, Nintendo Switch's from Mainland China are unable to play international titles. Reason being, they use a Nintendo Switch (some name it as Tencent Switch) with certain restrictions in place enforced by the firmware, such as restricted network connectivity and inability to play international game titles. China received their version of Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee on the September 26th 2024. Along with the release of the games, they also received their own release of the Pokéball Plus. Unlike playability of Switch game titles, international Pokéball Plus can be redeemed on the Mainland China LGPE, vice versa. It is since known that the international versions of LGPE and chinese versions of LGPE have different BCATs (different wonder card servers, effectively). Despite that, the Mew redeemed would be the same between both versions as the different Mew card on the 2 different BCAT share the exact same data. An internet connection is required to redeem the gift. Wild and Gift Zygarde only have access to the ability Aura Break. However, upon collecting a certain amount of cells (depending on existing Zygarde), an existing Zygarde can be fused together with said cells, to obtain a Power Construct Zygarde. Only Power Construct Zygarde are able to interchange between 10% and 50% forms. Additionally, they gain access to the Complete Form (in-battle only form, which appears when HP drops below half). As wild or in-game gift Zygarde in Gen 6 and 7 are unable to be obtained shiny, the 2018 Legends: Shiny Zygarde was used for this entry. The non-shiny Zygarde entry comes from the Resolute Cave Zygarde entry. The summary below shows an example of the event Zygarde in Complete form. When the absolute difference between the player's Trainer ID and Secret ID is rather small (approximately less than 230) and has a Pokemon with the Cute Charm ability (of a select gender) in the lead of the party (ie. a Cleffa), shiny odds can be increased up to 21.34%, as long as the wild Pokemon species has a gender ratio that allows it to be male or female. This particular abuse of the Cute Charm mechanic only works in Gen IV. This page holds all the Shiny Pokemon I came across during my playthrough, that appear thanks to the Cute Charm abuse. Each set that I upload will be unique (meaning a new set won't have stuff that I uploaded in a previous set) Presently there's only three sets. A Battle Video was released to promote Zeraora, and various hackers went to dump the Battle Video, in order to extract the Zeraora. What is interesting, is that this file has the same details as the Japanese distribution. The other Pokemon from the Battle Video was also added to this page. They've been leveled to Lv.100, as their level was meant to be 100, evident by the fact that they were hyper trained. Additionally, the Battle Video has also been added to this page! It goes into the extdata 00001B50\user\btvideo and can then be watched from the Battle Video menu. While this file won't make your save illegal, we don't recommend using it. So, "need help with skipping Alola Photo Club" has been an issue that plagued users (primarily those that play on Citra) With that, this tool was born. Standard Disclaimer: projectpokemon.org is not responsible if your save becomes unplayable. Always have extra save backups in safe locations! How it works: It basically imports the event flags for a save, right after the Photo Club event was done. It still requires PKHeX to fix the checksums of the save. How to use it: Follow the instructions on the tool, or: Steps: 1. Load up a US or UM save that has progressed to right before the Alola Photo Club event. 2. Click on the "Standard Fix" button. 3. Now, load up the fixed save in PKHeX 4. Save in PKHeX, and export the save from PKHeX. 5. Import the save back into Citra (I assume) -
