School form and Totem form Wishi is one and the same. Unlike the other totem pokemon, Wishi doesn't have an unplayable totem form. During the totem fight it has the playable school form and by extention the small form when Schooling breaks.

I also had the same problem with Enjoyment, it flagged every gen7 pokemon with a number other than 0 as illegal.

Venusaur-1 is for mega venusaur which doesn't have gender differences. Better to just add another option to complete the dex with everything possible, but won't add any entry that would be impossible to get legitimately. So it would exempt Marshadow, shiny Ultra beasts, unreleased shiny events and AZ Floette.

I think the legality checker doesn't properly control for Wormadam's forms. According to this http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Wormadam_(Pokémon) Wormadam can be in any form without any restrictions on its met data. Yes it is an error on the legality checker at the moment, poke bank doesn't add residence info to pokemon transferred from gen6, so pkhex shouldn't mark the ones that don't have it as illegal.

Exactly the same thing as the OP happens to me, this isn't some mistake on our end. I lifted the mons from OR (pkhex said they were legal in their game file) and put them into the legit bank and then download them into moon. No tampering at any point, only the official method. I still get the same error and I am not sure yet if I should keep whatever edits pkhex makes. I am using the 30/1/17 release.

Only pokemon met in gen6 and gen7 games get legallity checks. If it is older then no check is made and it might as well be illegal.

Maybe this Italian distribution isn't in the database and isn't recognised. The memories seem correct however.

I do this but it says it didn't modify any. The =HT_Gender=2 case didn't apply.
