  1. Asked a few people about their Vivillon, and it's gender seems to be fixed when downloaded (as has been discussed here), and is not dependent on game version or the player character's gender.
  2. Images of distribution (not mine, from Leocul of BMGf) Also includes English distribution text and confirmation that like every other local event in Gen VI, the distribution was not region-locked.
  3. The Berries are still there at the same indices as previous games (per PGL). The method by which they are intended to be obtained is unknown; I believe the official English guidebook did mention other regions, but keep in mind that Prima writes those, not GF or Nintendo, so Prima may just be making assumptions.
  4. Index 709 is a holdable item. Also, I linked to an image of it, and it does not look like it would do that (best suggestion I've heard is that it is the Sharlour Sable).
  5. Based on the list of items by index number that we have, there are up to two "unknown" Mega Stones (which would be Latiosite and Latiasite). Keeping in mind that new items start from Weakness Policy on (Pt inserted the Griseous Orb and BW inserted the Genesect Drives and Sweet Heart, but otherwise new items always get added to the bottom), and that we don't currently have key item or TM/HM indices, there could still be a few unknown items; however, unnecessary gaps have been a thing before in previous games. At the very least, item index 709 has not been found in-game yet, although we know it exists due to the PGL.
  6. Since you can dump pkx's again (and even got the index for Pokémon Link), would you be able to get the location indices we are currently missing? I have Pokémon hatched in each these locations (except Radiant Chamber, because two of my Eggs hatched in the Flood Chamber), if you don't want to bother with that yourself.
  7. So this is out now. I don't have the file, but there are some interesting things that have been revealed. Info here: http://filb.de/2195 Local events don't appear to be region-locked. filb.de got the Inkay on a German game, and Masuda himself got it on a game in his French 2DS (which due to region-locking would necessarily be a European game). The filb.de article also shows off the OT, ID, Ability, Nature (or at least a potential one), Ribbon, met location, distribution text, and German Wonder Card (although I'm guessing all Wonder Cards will be the same for all events now).
  8. Korean confirmation. Same dates. http://pokemonkorea.co.kr/news/news_view.asp?IDX=10082
  9. Source? I'd previously looked for Russian confirmation and couldn't find any.
  10. Yep, it seems to be basically every European and American (referring to both North and South) country (along with Australia, New Zealand, and Korea). Here's Norway confirmation: http://www.nintendo.no/arkivet/2013/130823-1 And Denmark http://www.nintendo.dk/archive/2013/130822_shiny-pokemon?view=Standard
  11. There's also confirmation for Brazil: http://nintendoworld.com.br/4088-ARTIGOS-CAPTURE-PALKIA-GIRATINA-E-DIALGA And Chile: https://sphotos-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/1238861_163382923853726_949570628_n.jpg
  12. Ray's Metagross will be distributed at the U.S. National Championships Source: Press release from TCPi (via Bulbanews)
  13. Lady Ariel and I have been working on compiling a list of Gen I/II event Pokémon on Bulbapedia. It's split across five pages though, and there are more events that we know about but don't have enough info yet to add. Most of the lists should include sources for the events (particularly the ones added recently) - if it doesn't have a source listed I could probably find what the source was (and will then add it to the page). Feel free to use info on the pages. The relevant pages are: List of Japanese event Pokémon distributions in Generation I List of European language event Pokémon distributions in Generation I List of Japanese event Pokémon distributions in Generation II List of European language event Pokémon distributions in Generation II List of English Gotta Catch 'Em All event Pokémon
  14. Really? <date>pokemonbw2? Well, next time we'll probably be able to guess it.
  15. Confirmed for many European countries. March 22 to April 19 everywhere but France (where it is March 4 to April 19). http://www.pokemon.com/uk/pokemon-news/vg_blackwhite2_meloetta_distribution-2013-02-25/ Pokémon.com - UK http://www.pokemon.com/de/pokemon-news/vg_blackwhite2_meloetta_distribution-2013-02-25/ Pokémon.com - Germany http://www.pokemon.com/fr/pokemon-news/vg_blackwhite2_meloetta_distribution-2013-02-25/ Pokémon.com - France http://www.pokemon.com/es/pokemon-news/vg_blackwhite2_meloetta_distribution-2013-02-25/ Pokémon.com - Spain http://www.pokemon.com/it/pokemon-news/vg_blackwhite2_meloetta_distribution-2013-02-25/ Pokémon.com - Italy
  16. http://www.nintendo.com.au/index.php?action=news&nid=2777&pageID=6 Australia's getting it early at cinema screenings of the 15th movie, but only for the second weekend (Feb. 23-24) and only if you have a ticket for that session. It says it will be the same as the in-store one though.
  17. A Dragonite based on Iris's Dragonite with Dragon Rush, Safeguard, Wing Attack and Thunder Punch is going to be available via PGL event for BWB2W2. It requires a password which can be obtained by data transfer during the Pokémon anime episode that airs on March 14.
  18. Confirmation for Australia and new Zealand: http://www.nintendo.com.au/index.php?action=news&nid=2769
  19. They've never given Pokemon in the US and Canada different ID numbers due to different start dates. The closest we have is the Snarl Zoroark which had an OT of EVENT11 in the US, Canada, and Australia and an ID number corresponding to that while Europe got a different one with an OT of ID number corresponding to its Greek distribution (which was a lot earlier than the US one).
  20. Just so people know, one of the other Bulbapedia staff members gave GameStop a call and confirmed that the event is going to happen between those dates. On a related note, Serebii and Pure Nintendo are reporting the same event in Canadian EB Games stores from March 9 (with no known end date), but I can't find the source. Pure Nintendo appears to have a press release, but Googling specific quotes from it doesn't yield anything but it, indicating that it isn't publicly on the internet. This may require someone giving EB Games Canada a call about it too.
  21. Serebii used the same image as a source. This image is the only known source of the information. The GameStop, Nintendo, and Pokemon websites all do not mention the event, and I can only find fansites using this image as a source. I'm suspicious of it because it both says "While supplies last" and misspells Meloetta as "Meleotta".
  22. Actually, it would be a good excuse to dub that Pikachu short. I hope that is what happens. It would make waiting for Meloetta for so long worthwhile.
  23. There is absolutely no difference between the Berry obtained via the event and a Berry obtained by planting it. You can't get these Berries from the Dream Island, but there would be no difference then anyway.
  24. Meloetta confirmed for in-store distribution in Chile. The user says it is confirmed for two local stores (and implies it is in March but doesn't say so explicitly) and that any event there is usually available at GameStop too. It may be worth contacting Keropon for further information.
