1. There is always an expiration date. They don't just keep the events clogging up their servers forever.
2. I'm guessing the codes that will be given out via email in September for the rest of the Americas will be for the same distribution, so the codes should be valid for a significant time after that. We might get a more solid expiration date from those emails too.
3. Oddly, the official site mentions that the Charizard distributed to X will have a Charizardite X, and the one distributed to Y will have a Charizardite Y. This is the opposite of every other instance of these Charizard distributions, so probably an error (however, it does mean we're going to need to check this one).
4. Looks like the official site has been fixed. It says September 2 to 30 now.
5. This is consistent with the Wonder Card contributed here.
6. I have not personally gotten it, but I know people who have gotten it on non-Japanese games. Local events (except Nintendo Zone events) are not region-locked in Generation VI. I can't help you with specifically how to get it though.
7. You have the English Wonder Card text listed as the distribution text. Also, if the title is in English for English games, that means there is also English distribution text (the language of the title and distribution text have always matched).
8. I guess they hit 1000 answers, because the winners have been announced for the Taiwanese one. http://www.nintendo.tw/event/pokemon_event_2014summer_datarecevierlist.htm
9. Should note that the name of the Mega Stone is the Metagrossite. It's in both the US and UK press release, but only the UK one is publicly viewable.
10. Ability: Static ID: 08094 Nature: Random (unless they're fixed for each nickname, including fixing one to a neutral Nature, which I doubt) Held items: Cosmo World: Comet Shard Red Brick Warehouse: Sea Incense Captain: Silk Scarf Source: http://curemtn.hateblo.jp/entry/2014/08/09/144246
11. Oh, I just realized nobody has posted the rest of the info about Jirachi yet. Pokemon: Jirachi (지라치) Gender: None Level: 5 OT: 소원의별 (Wishing Star) ID: 08144 Ability: Serene Grace Nature: ??? Moves: Wish, Confusion, Rest, Healing Wish Item: Ganlon Berry Pokeball: Cherish Ball Ribbon: Classic Ribbon Location: ??? Dates: August 13, 2014 - September 14, 2014 Game Distribution: XY Distribution Type: Serial Code Distribution Location: Korea Source: http://pokemonkorea.co.kr/templates/default/movie/jirachi/gift.html End date source, Movie debut source
12. http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/information/a740669b-65bf-4ba5-9972-f1ae33ec0483 Vivillon to be distributed to PAL region games from August 29 to September 8 (you can check countries using the PGL calender, but it's not perfect). This Vivillon cannot be obtained if you have already obtained the Pokemon Center Paris or gamescom Poke Ball Pattern Vivillon. (The US and Paris ones also have the same WC ID, so this would also apply to the US one.)
13. In Generation VI, you get locked into a gender as soon as you download the Wonder Card. You cannot reset for gender.
14. I should also point out that each Pikachu nickname has a different held item. Currently only the Landmark Pikachu's held item is known, being the Air Balloon (see here). Also, you can only get one of each Pikachu with each nickname. This means the Captain Pikachu is the same in all three locations.
15. So little is known about this event (and due to the fact that it was only in a private press release), it seems to have not been posted here yet. Diancie will be distributed at GameStop stores in the United States in the fall. It could be serial codes, but it sounds like local wireless to me. This is from the July 9 press release from The Pokémon Company (the rest of the press release is about Super-Secret Bases).
16. This event is also going to be available for Taiwan (although since it's all online I don't really see why it makes a difference). For the Taiwanese counterpart, the questions go live on August 1, 2014 (essentially now) and can be answered until August 17, 2014. 1000 codes given out again. 17. Are you saying that this Charizard was being distributed at Nintendo Zones in Portugal previously? Because it was only announced for the UK.
18. Players who see Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction in theaters can download a special stage for The Thieves and the 1000 Pokémon. After clearing that special stage, players will receive a serial code. The serial code can be used to obtain 1 Master Ball in a Japanese Pokémon X or Y game, and this code is valid from July 19 to October 15, 2014. 19. Japanese Wi-Fi events have always also been available at Japanese Nintendo Zones.
20. That's a translation from this Famitsu article by bluesun. Sounds like you can get all of them on one game.
21. Charizard with Charizardite X/Y (opposite to game) will be distributed via the newly opening Nintendo Zones in GAME stores in the UK, from July 11 (tomorrow) to August 10, 2014. It will probably be the same as the Japanese, Korean, and Hong Kong events. Source: http://pokemon.gamespress.com/release.asp?i=1543&lang=en&region=United+Kingdom
22. Images from the pre-release distribution of Diancie in Japan (I know the title says NA, but there was no Japanese thread). These are not my images. https://www.facebook.com/groups/npcg.malaysia/permalink/837075706312167/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/npcg.malaysia/permalink/837053822981022/
23. Looks like this was the case for the Gengar and Scizor distribution too. It may be a new thing in Gen VI then. If so, it seems like a really annoying thing to add.
