fixed the window size problem, i use windows classic theme, and sized the windows with that, but it looks like it was too small for the nonclassic theme.
Also the Pokedex editor only let you have a total of 211 Pokemon in National Dex (144 in Kanto Dex) if you click "seen all" or "own all".What version are you using, I can not replicate this, also can you send me your save file?
also japanese version seems to work perfectly fine, except the lack of Japanese character support. but there was a bug that caused r/s to have corrupt file so it loaded previous save, maybe you used r/s j?
-
Nice, thanks!
I tested Japanese, French and German Emerald versions. Japanese didn't work, but French and German seems to work. I think Italian and Spanish should work too.
Also I found a bug. Some characters don't show up correct in game.
If I enter an ? in the Editor it will become an À in game.
I will probably need to add support for the other regions character tables.

PKHeX now supports gen 3 sav editing!
https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?36986-PKHeX-Gen-3-6-SAV-PKM-Editor
After many years of on and (mosty)off work, I am ready to release A-Save, a 3rd Generation Save Editor.
It supports R/S/FR/LG/E, all regions!
A-Save includes a trainer editor, item editor, pokedex editor, party editor, box editor, and a pokemon editor.
Please make backup of save file before testing this program.
Download

attempt to auto detect FR/LG base on keywords in the filename "Fire" or "Red" for FR and "Leaf or "Green" for LG, if fails shows prompt.
some things might be broken because this build was built from the source code obtained from decompiling the binary of v1.23, and I had to fix alot of errors it caused. v1.23 is included as a fall back for any new bugs.
v1.23
changed "–" to "-" in the move list.(different characters, the second is the one you get form the keyboard minus key)

starting from the bottom, frames 3 and 6 and the same as frame 1 and 5. if you are just trying to copy the walking animation in to the running animation then copy the side standing frames in to 3 and 6.

Also I'm trying to do this with Eggs for B2/W2
I don't think that is possible, can only do it on B/W.

My code below is in C#, but I hope it helps you to get it working in VB.
Checksum
//Calculates Checksum UInt32 Checksum = 0; Main.PKM.Position = 0x08; for (int i = 0; i < 64; i++) { Checksum += (uint)((Main.PKM.ReadByte() + (Main.PKM.ReadByte() << 8)) & 0xFFFF); } //Updates Checksum Main.PKM.Position = 0x06; Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)(Checksum & 0xFF)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)(Checksum >> 8));
Locations
//Egg Location Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((int)numericUpDown_Egg.Value & 0xFF)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((int)numericUpDown_Egg.Value >> 8)); //Met At Location Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((int)numericUpDown_Met.Value & 0xFF)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((int)numericUpDown_Met.Value >> 8));
IVs
//Bits 0-29 - Individual Values / Bit 30 - Egg Flag / Bit 31 - Nicknamed Flag IVs_Egg_Nick = (uint)numericUpDown_HPIV.Value; IVs_Egg_Nick += (uint)numericUpDown_AtkIV.Value << 5; IVs_Egg_Nick += (uint)numericUpDown_DefIV.Value << 10; IVs_Egg_Nick += (uint)numericUpDown_SpeIV.Value << 15; IVs_Egg_Nick += (uint)numericUpDown_SpAIV.Value << 20; IVs_Egg_Nick += (uint)numericUpDown_SpDIV.Value << 25; if (comboBox_EggType.SelectedIndex == 2) { IVs_Egg_Nick += 0x40000000; } if (checkBox_Nickname.Checked) { IVs_Egg_Nick += 0x80000000; } Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)(IVs_Egg_Nick & 0xFF)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((IVs_Egg_Nick & 0xFF00) >> 0x08)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)((IVs_Egg_Nick & 0xFF0000) >> 0x10)); Main.PKM.WriteByte((byte)(IVs_Egg_Nick >> 24));

So far, everything works except for : checksum, species, ability, language, hometown, location, IVs, and moves
edit: apparently, I cant use .SelectedValue and have to use .SelectedIndex
when you changed to SelectedIndex, what is now fixed/still broken?

set a directory for the user.

Added support for Bond697's nature hack for BWTE.

maybe you can scan all the scripts and see what flags are used in all the scripts.
-
Just added NPC Editor.
Allows you to add, remove, and edit NPCs in overworld in B2/W2.
*note* there may be unwanted effects with certain maps that have extra data out of bounds of the header that i just delete.

Hey im trying to edit the trainers bike into a car. I have designed the car and i have replace one movement of the bike with it. (yes, its a crappy car... lol) I inject the narc file perfectly but when i go into the game the car doesnt appear? It is in 16 bit png colors too. anyone know whats going on?
Here is the pic
18 colors

Nice! I have been waiting for this. going to go test now!
-
G4PS will take 2 or 4 images and build a single palette from them and then save all the images using the single palette as an 8bpp image to be used with PokeDSPic.
example
This example shows Nidoking, he has some extra colors on his front sprite than he has on the back sprite so the palettes for the two are different.
After being ran though G4PS, they are the same.

Magikarp can be found just befor mt.moon the in PC.

No, use PPTXT

awesome work

while I haven't looked at tinke in a while so this may have changed since the last time i used it but from my experience tinke could never insert new images correctly, I mostly had palette issues. I really wish tinke had this fixed, cause it could be the best program ever.
