If you have a gamecube or wii you should try getting Zelda Collection. Majoras Mask isn't too long (haven't beaten it yet) but it is a lot of fun.

The interesting thing about Majoras Mask is that it's darkness is conveyed through subtlety, unlike TP which is mostly a nice art style.

Here are some tidbits which make it quite mature despite it's appearance:

- When obtaining a mask of another race, someone has to die or get their spirit taken away. The first mask you get is a Deku Scrub Mask. As you're trying to leave the caverns, you see a "sad-faced Deku tree". Later in the game you see a Deku Scrub who helps you get an item. He says you remind him of his son. By the very end of the game you see this Deku weeping over that sad tree.

- The first boss you fight speaks in Mayan. It's saying "Head Will Ache and Burn. Come Burn, Come Burn". wtf

- Since you have to keep reverting time, you can never be happy with your changes. Essentially you take advantage of the people you help by obtaining masks or a bottle, then once you have it you run off to the next zone, even though the prior people are still "suffering".

You're only missing out on completion. Unless you are at a job which constantly makes you move about, the place I am at is boring... Dreadfully boring....

Well, time to go tomorrow.... Yyyayyy...

How many Zelda games have you played? That's a rather bold claim to make if you have not played them all and love them all...

I don't know if Twilight Princess was the best. Aside from Midna, it was way too easy. Some bosses didn't even try to attack you. after OOT I think challenge should be a staple of Zelda.

I'm playing through Majora's Mask with my sister. We feared the game since it is depressing, but now we're trying to work together to beat it.

Although you play as Kid Link, I grew to be okay with that. I mean, on top of having an intriguing story, the ability to play as other races such as Deku Scrub, Goron, and Zora, it is much more challenging. The second boss is harder than most of TP's bosses. In fact, they don't give you any health containers in the first two boss rooms...

I've been motivated enough to do so. And I have ideas, but I need to get the skills.

I'm doing an elaborate scheme where I reset my Platinum which clocked at 800 hours (I need a life, but most of that was breeding), but I'm breeding a team to use where my starter is Slakoth. Then, after they hatch in Platinum I EV train them in Soul Silver, where I won't fear their rebelliousness. Hopefully it'll work out and be fun. I don't want to use starters. Planned team: Slaking/Tauros/Cacturne/Manectric/Tyranitar and something else... It's meant to be weak to fighting...

At this point there's not much reason to point this out, but I added new "analyses", in KYP. But with the new gen on the rise that does not really matter.

I tend to get bothered by what people say online... Which is odd, sometimes I get offended and at other times I'm just dumbstruck by stupidity.

All I can suggest is that if they're "being stupid", then do what you can to ignore them.

I'm the polar opposite of fat. But, if you're inactive for too long, well... Those things will catch up to you. I don't think it's at it's worst, but if I improve.. yeah.

My family has good genes as well, luckily.

Don't worry, I do that all the time. I see it all the time on DeviantArt as well, as people post poems that are all self-victimizing and demand pity, even subconsciously. I usually vent about how distasteful those poems are to me TO THE AUTHOR. And usually, they take it well. I might have made some people feel better or taught them something... I was in a depression so I know how much it sucks, but now I find myself cheery (aside from above). If you need to vent about something, go ahead. I R NOT JUDGMENTAL.

You know I'm a metalhead right? I found this one band who seemed "more artistic", less screamo, more melodic and more creative. Then came the insane erotica stuff that... Moving on. Makes me want to learn Guitar so I can make my own stuff, lyrics included.

Two of my favourite metal pieces are actually German. Altermann (I have no idea what it is about) and halt (Bullying) are actually very creative lyrically and melodically. But those are older and... Well Halt is new. Also, if you've ever heard of Disturbed, they started out as sadists. Now their music has gradually changed to provide social commentary. One of their songs is anti-war, for instance.

The writer was apparently bi-polar, and claimed she had to write to prevent hallucinations.Why it has to be "emo" I don't know. Despite that, I got fed up with it. A poem is in the works regarding such.

About K-Pop, all I can say is I agree.

I know what it is, but it's... I don't find it threatening. Visually anyway. Yes, competitively, run away, and if you can't, you better have a fighting type.

Well, it's a kid's game, and the hellish stuff mostly relates to the Ghost types. There's houndoom, based on a hellhound, but that's as far as it goes. I like Houndoom. Hated it before. I used it competitively and it's rather nice. A boss for Dark for me would either be: Darkrai (of course), Tyranitar, or Spiritomb. Spiritomb would be interesting in an Okami like game.

Thank you for that. It's kinda my fault though. The body pains are a result of inactivity. It's more or less a long-term thing, but if I clean up my act and exercise much more regularly, over time I'll get better.

Oh boy. X_X Well, I hope by "unattractive" you just mean that they're imbeciles. Nonetheless, I'm in the same boat. I mean, every time I think someone is interesting, they turn out to be like everyone else... Not in a good way...

How was valentine's day for thee? For me, it was thursday.

Harro. It's going... Moderately. I'm frustrated in some ways due to body pains forcing me to change my habits, and the fact the internet is full of conclusive "I won't listen to your criticisms type of thing", but I'm writing more positive works and I'm less anger filled.

My mind is exhausted of having body pains and having to deal with [insert stronger words here] of utterly disappointing bands who have talent (in metal) but write mostly about sex, and utterly overrated writers who just victimize themselves or others all the time, or write too many worldly-hating poems or the works... And then, because it's "sad" (but not truly sad) they get all the attention they need, even though it's not actually sad. Well, one writer says it prevents hallucinations which is odd, but at the same time, you become reliant on it, and I don't know if it actually solves much. Most writers though just write because "it's how I feel".

At least she took my criticism well.

Need to vent... I'm sick of it. No, not the slang "good sick", quite literally.

You're right, Fighting is the closest type to light. Fighting also requires discipline and doesn't come naturally, which is admirable. And besides, I don't think that many fighters beat up for bad reasons. Quite a number of them are actually rather loyal, like Gallade and Emboar. I just envision light as the opposite of Ghost, although that complicates things...

Outta the blue, I think I'm going to get a Hariyama. But why can't it learn Drain Punch?! Why can't the bulkiest fighters learn that move, but the OP Conkeldurr can?!!

Tyranitar just seems silly to me. Well, Larvitar is worse, but yeah. Look at those flappy little arms. I imagine it slapping Slaking silly. (I know it's a rex, but it's over-the-top. Crushing mountains? Machamp carrying a mountain with one arm.... Wut)

why is metal music full of crap... merrrrr....

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. However Golurk is an exception.

To be honest the closest thing to light to me is actually Normal, with Pokemon like Clefable, Togekiss and Blissey, because they share and give happiness. However most normal types aren't like that anyway. I'd consider fighting, but at the same time some fighters are very competitive, or angry. The more I think about it the more fighting makes sense because of the "stoic" traits.

I don't consider Dark evil for that reason. They're just sneaky fighters.

Exactly what I thought. I wrote an essay to someone about it as an argument, which I really shouldn't do, but it works sometimes. Usually the most people have to say is either "whatever" or not respond. It's probably because, once I get started about somethings, I get very passionate, and it is exhausting... Working on that. By the way, I am not saying "I WON!!" because one guy didn't respond. However one guy argued that ghosts are not blatantly evil in Japanese culture, which I get, but it doesn't work like that in Pokemon.

The more I look at it though, the colours do seem to stand out from Victini. It's pure white and bright pink, but yes, there are similarities. It's grown on me.

I was asking what you'd want a light type to be if it were included. Now, many people make the argument that Psychic is light, but I disagree - it's more mental or spiritual prowess. I thought that it would not be the opposite of Dark, but rather Ghost, as Light could equal either A) Life and flow of energy or B) The opposite of what Ghost represents (depression, death) by being helpful and giving hope.

To be clear, they didn't announce it, I'm just asking.

Anything but Dragon. But what can you do, it's one of the best types.
