<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm pretty excited for them, which is an understatement. LOL</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I like the Pokemon shown thus far quite a bit, and I like the addition of a new type. Of course, I like how it's finally 3D.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>What is your favourite Pokemon thus far? Mine's Noivern I think. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile.png" alt=":)" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" /></p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Also random, irrelevant question inbound (if you haven't noticed, I talk a lot) - want to take a personality quiz?</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>That's what I was thinking too, but it still gets the point across. It's quite funny, especially when you're trying to predict your prediction, or when you predict their prediction... Like, twice. Example:</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Archeops vs A steel Type. Guy thinks I'm going to use Earthquake.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>But then I know that he knows that I'm going to use Earthquake. And he knows that I know.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>So he decides to switch into a counter because he knows what I know.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>But then I know that he's going to switch so I use Stone Edge anyway.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>And nail him.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>Then he's like:</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>"Dude. That was an amazing prediction".</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>Something like that happened before.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Eh... I think I tried it once. Looked at it's movepool. Never again. I want better ice types. Deliver me on this gen 6!</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Indeed. I never used it. Just wait - they'll make a leaf Pokemon that is Grass/Flying, has Mold Breaker, with base 100/100/100/180/100/200</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Yep - that is true! Sounds like things are swell right now.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Well, everything is slow. The most good is that I've been sharing some of that Personality Quiz, especially to those who don't even like Pokemon, but they like it and are excited for it. I hope that means something. I've also been writing more... but otherwise, life has been dull.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I don't like it for it's design, really. I was surprised by it's stats... I think they're too high. But we can say that for a lot of things, can we?</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>It probably should've had Lapras esque stats. That would only make sense. But... It doesn't. It's one of those cool Pokemon cursed by stupid stat distribution.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>You probably already saw this, but oh well...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm curious to see how it'll play out. A lot of the Pokmeon are kinda interesting in terms of how trhey may play out. Like... I have no idea what Swirlix (Cotton Candy) will be good at or if it'll even get an evolution. But we have yet to see.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>And to answer your question, YES, I like the Cotton Candy Pokemon. It's too stupidly cute that I can't dislike it.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>It'd be cool if the tree got a new ability.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Ah yes, Tropius. A cool Pokemon plagued with poor stats... Hopefully it gets a buff of some kind, although Solar Power Tropius isn't terrible.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  6.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>YYYEP. It looks pretty scary. Hopefully it's Grass/Ghost, Grass/Dark would suck. And at this point it's been done to death.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p><em>And then have a counterpart that's Grass/Fairy! YAAAAAAY</em></p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>You make a good case. I don't see this thing as an offensive type, and being defensive having that many weaknesses would really hurt (although some of them aren't really that common). Don't forget that it's resistant to Ground! That's a handy resistance.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I think it would be cool if it had Cursed Body or Intimidate. But... That's unlikely. I think it may have modest attack, since it's a tree with claws. Wood Hammer maybe, Shadow Claw most likely. If it couldn't learn Will-O-Wisp... That would suck...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Unless it gets a new ability and new moves. That'd be neat.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>Hello sir!</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Just felt like dropping by, seeing as how you added me and stuff...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>What do you think you like most about X and Y so far?</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  8.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Fair point. But who knows... We'll wait and see. </p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Yeah, that concept is nothing new. But judging from it's recent art, it doesn't look... Terrible. I can't see it being competitively viable, though, as Grass/Ghost will easily have a lot of weaknesses that won't be pretty. Unless it packs will-o-wisp, which, is pretty much useless (on fire types), or has an interesting ability of some kind, I don't expect it to be worth much. But we'll see. Maybe it will be able to heal itself a lot. That would actually be useful. It's design also looks.... ._.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p><img src="http://www.serebii.net/orotto3th.jpg" alt="orotto3th.jpg" /><img src="http://www.serebii.net/orotto4th.jpg" alt="orotto4th.jpg" /></p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>The many appearances of Oortooao=fwkapgfnapw'gna. Whatever it's called. The latter is closer to it's real design I think. It has this spider leg thing going on, which I have to admit is pretty cool. </p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>It's been confirmed by Gin, too, soo...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Or, well, I dunno.... Maybe that it's inspired by france, but as Junichi Masuada said, they're still taking some liberties. Ah well.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>They had Egyptian based things in "America".</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Nonetheless I can understand why it's stinging. But I'm hoping the villain can be remotely interesting, and who knows, maybe there'll be a twist. Also, Team Rocket was like the mafia, but they were pretty generic too. Just felt like saying that even though you didn't say it...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Thing I see is that this team may look sucky now but there might be something interesting. Yes, you could say I'm optmistic.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>Also Ghost Trees. They're incoming.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>MMm. keep in mind (as Game Freak Junichi Masuada said) not everything will be French.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Got #4 questions done (out of at least ten), and most of the Personalities (types) outlined. All of them are mental, so yeah. I won't bring it up until it is done.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Relaxing is good. Rest up, you probably could use it.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  12. <p><p><p><p><p><p>I know you haven't been online as of late, and by the time you come back online my little proposition could be done by now. But see, I'm working on this <strong>Personality Quiz based off of Pokemon</strong> and I was wondering if you could take it.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  13.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'll admit, I love their outfits, but their motive(s)? Not really. Maybe their leader will be a total twist, because a lot of idiots join a team because they can get money. So... Who knows! Life and Death has to fit in there somehow, you know?</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Self-Correction, it was Ki no Kuni, I think. It's very new. It's got a fair bit of issues though, like the music is too dramatic and it's apparently too childish (even despite having an E+10 rating on the ESRB)</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Personality Quiz.... Coming along. I'm not trying to make it suck, I want it to be thought provoking to a degree</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  14.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Personality Quizzes are hard, but it's coming along. I find I'm actually getting quite into it, I'm getting a lot of ideas. I'm currently just figuring out what the types are like and what they could mean right now, because I think I need something to base them off of before making questions. Currently have an outline of questions, I'm at #4, and I have 7 descriptions for the types</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'm trying to make it at least remotely insightful or interesting, it's not about what type you'd want to have but what type you are, and I'm trying to prevent them from being bland. So, I'm basing some of these types based on the games as well as people I know.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  15.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I'll tell you that I'm disappointed too. But you never know, they could do something interesting with it. I think they might have been worried that the previous story was a bit too dark, maybe (and it was darker than most of the main-line games). I mean, people were disappointed by Plasma at first, until you actually read into it and actually find out that they're pretty interesting. You know, aside from the cheesy uniforms. Hopefully that happens here.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>At least they might have catchy battle music.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Speaking of Howl, have you seen the game Ki No Uni? Or something along those lines? It's a game with Ghibli animation and art for the PS3. It's... pretty good. And I think there's an easter-egg of Howl. Eh.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  16. CONFIRMED: Honeedge has the ability NO GUARD. What do you guys think? New Pokemon: Karamanero - Dark/Psychic (evolution) This is a very bizarre specimen bearing the Dark/Psychic type. It has the ability Suction Cups/Contrary. Suction cups would make it a useful supporter (it has Hypnosis), and not too many Pokemon have Suction Cups. Defensively, I don't see this thing being too durable, because it looks squishy. It may be focused around special attacks and defence, giving it a contrast in comparison with Octillery and Cradily. It's type may be seen as a draw back, as it loses the resistance to fighting, dark, and ghost, and becomes 4X weak to bug. However that may be just one of it's few weaknesses, if not it's only weakness. It does have an immunity to Psychic, which could come in handy for Pokemon that need a fighting type companion. Contrary could also make it good to switch in on things like intimidate as well. I don't see too much use for it yet, so although Contrary looks cool, it may not be as useful as Contrary. It does have a new move called "Turn Over" which reverses stat changes. Wonder how that would work? Maybe it could act as a baton passer of sorts with this move, or maybe there will be a move that passes on stat bonuses in one fell sweep (setting up your opponent for disaster too could be neat, like using a move like Iron Defence, but then using this, then passing it onto the enemy), but that's unlikely. If it could learn taunt, it could become an effective stall/wallbreaker, crippling walls with sabotage. It doesn't look like a sweeper of any kind, chances are it will be great on teasing and crippling the foe. It would be effective on teams that would have an issue with teams that have issue with enemies setting up traps or making them powerful. Now this is a Dark/Fighting I would use! It look really boss, and it's colours don't make it too obvious what type it is. But there's more than just good looks and dark/fighting type. It has the ability Iron Fist (AWESOME!) and can learn Hammer Arm. It definitely looks on the bulkier side, so we can expect it not to be utterly frail, coupled with some almighty attack. Chances are its attack rating will be quite high, differentiating it from Scrafty who has lower power. Hopefully, it can learn the elemental punches, along with drain punch and the like. I don't think, though, that it's dark typing will be of much use other than having a lot of nice resistances and only one weakness. I think that if it can learn bulk-up, it probably will be able to go fight in any tier, although seeing the other fates of the bears I'm not expecting it to be OU due to speed and potential lack of coverage. However, I am expecting a really high attack stat. Like, sky-rocketing high. Beartic should have had base 130 attack. IT'S A FRIGGING BEAR. Speaking of which, why isn't it a water type? Ugh. Poor Beartic. Could've been so much more. Anyway, I do think this guy should have focus punch, unless it's too aggressive and impatient. If it could, and if it's attack stat was any higher than 115 (as it should, bears are monstrously strong), this guy might just be one of the best sub-punchers around. Throw in some coverage moves to be expected, like Earthquake and Rock Slide, and it'll have great coverage. But what's that? Ghost types? Well, caught behind a substitute he won't have to worry about being burned, and come to think of it, it's likely he'll have Crunch. If it has high attack, like very high, this guy would be real dangerous. As I'm saying this, I wouldn't be surprised if it did become OU because it would have one of the more predictable (sub-punch) set, but it would likely be just too whopping powerful that it would be really good on a lot of those pesky steels. I think I'd advise this guy to be next to fairies, to get rid of the steel types that could block dragons. He could also be good on Honedge, because he resists Ghost due to his dark typing. So, from these assumptions, I see no reason he wouldn't be a force to be reckoned with. ... This thing will be a devastating tank, along the lines of Reuniclus. It can learn Drain Kiss to sap up health, and then it can learn a new move called Devour, which is an instant KO against anything that's inanimate. That last bit was a lie... But it can learn Drain Kiss, which is like Giga Drain I guess... But seriously. What.

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I will respond to your other messages in due time, however I have been working laboriously on a Personality Quiz for "What Type are You" here, and I have to say, at first I was worried but now I'm getting really into it...</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I know you're not readily available, but when it is complete I'd like you to take it, if that's okay. :3 There are at the very least 36 different outcomes, 18 single type outcomes and 36 outcomes because of dual types.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I see. I remember encountering this artist on Deviant Art who believes all of the past should be destroyed and we should start anew... And totally disregard the past in all aspects. In some sense that's where society is heading in, but history is of crucial importance, I don't care if it's boring to some, it's something that people should know.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>May I inquire as to what your new pictures are? Because I'm lost.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I see. This is an interesting topic, but forgive me if I don't always have much to say in response. I like hearing about it but I just can't always say stuff. sorry. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad.png" alt=":(" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" /></p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Huh. What an odd coincidence... I guess. Neither side is wholeheartedly better, and it leaves the question... Why can't they just get along? It's a shame... Two halves split from each other, one trying to forge an identity and another thinking it already has one... At least, that's what it seems like.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I hate arrogance. I honestly cannot comprehend it. Again, I dn't want to be seen that way, but it's crazy. my brain can't wrap my head at the thought that there are actually stupid people here.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Yep, they were taken away... Most likely. I still cling to the hope that they're around ,but eh. Currently playing through Emerald... And for some reason trying to EV train some things even though I haven't beaten anything yet.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  20. 332 Cacturne Type: Grass/Dark Ability: Sand Veil / Water Absorb Base stats: 70/115/60/115/60/55 Difficulty: Advanced Seeing Cacturne would be petrifying. They follow you close in a mob through the night and wait for you to no longer move. What do they do afterwards? It's a mystery. However I do find it odd they move in mobs, considering that it's previous dex entry where it waits night to fall does make it confusing. It made me think it moves alone... But whatever. Cacturne is definitely one of the more ghoulish dark types, if not the most ghoulish and ghost-like. It's got sand for blood! That aside, is Cacturne really that terrifying? Potentially. Grass/Dark typing is decent offensively, giving it some much-appreciated moves that regenerate health, like Giga Drain, Leech Seed and the like, as well as some really potent dark type moves such as Dark Pulse and Sucker Punch. It's attack stats are nothing short of scary, both clocking at 115 each, making this monster capable of going one or the other, or mixed. Some moves are quite handy, like Sucker Punch, which offsets it's poor speed, and it's one of the more potent users of the move. It also has access to Giga Drain, a rather helpful and not necessarily weak move. If using Sub-Sets, this move is recommended. He also has access to Seed-Bomb, a more reliable physical attack STAB. But that's not all - it's got quite good coverage, as well as an assortment of power boosting attacks in the shape of Swords Dance, Growth, and Nasty Plot. So, all of these options allow it to go one or the other, making it a tad unpredictable. It has coverage moves in the likes of Drain Punch, Focus Blast, Super-power, thunderpunch (kinda useless, but nifty nonetheless), Payback, and Hidden Power. While it's coverage is not universal, it's most certainly impressive, and deadly. It also has access to spikes, which in Gen 3 was one of the main reasons it was used in lower tiers. So what gives? This guy is down in NU/RU tiers. Well, first and foremost, it's typing is terrible defensively. 4x Weak to bug, weak to fighting, weak to ice, fire, flying, the works. It's resistances are not bad, but another issue is it's terrible defences. Gen 3 had a thing for slow moving, rather frail Pokemon (looks at Banette). Cacturne relies on it's formidable ability, Sand Veil, to really shine. If you pop it in a Sand Team and give it brightpowder (which mind you is a comibation that is banned, both the ability and the item), it'll avoid a lot of attacks, and I had a horrific experience with double team... Not pretty. As a result Cacturne needs a lot of support to pull off well - if it goes out in the open it's dead-meat. Luckily, Smogon is kinda stupid, and really hates Sand Veil, so they banned it. Now, Cacturne is forbidden on Sand Teams, which could serve as a testament to how dangerous it is (although methinks it largely is thanks to Garchomp). But Game Freak was friendly, and decided to give it Water Absorb. This is a rather good ability, no doubt. Having an immunity to water, and being able to heal itself. The concern does arise though that many water types carry ice type moves, so it cannot stay in for very long. In fact, that's sort of how Cacturne plays - it needs to be under the cover of something to shine, be it an asleep enemy, paralyzed enemy, or substitute, or bolstered defences. Team support is essential for Cacturne. Ninjask, though atrociously predictable, can support it by boosting it's speed and attack, and pass on a substitute. Venemoth may work better, as a quiver dance pass can make it bulkier, slightly faster and just more dangerous. If you use Cacturne as something thrown onto a team with no real purpose, you'd probably be wasting a precious team slot. Better choices in standard-play are Sceptile, Lilligant, Whimsicott... Even Venusaur. But, if you want to use it in a sandstorm team, or a team that needs spikes in weather, Cacturne will happily oblige. Just know that Cacturne is very luck-based. Sand Veil can easily be useless, and Water Absorb could set you up. To use properly, team support is needed, and proper care is necessary. To counter it, Heracross would probably scare it away. Any bulky fighting type would destroy it, and any Bird with Aerial Ace (if you were bored) would destroy it. Yanmega could also take it down very easily. Bug types in general will utterly destroy Cacturne. Fire types such as Arcanine can Intimidate Cacturne, and easily take it out. Having weather to counter Sand is also recommended, if you encounter it online. Any super-effective attack will easily destroy it, but be careful of substitute + sandstorm + double team combos, those are dreadful. (And banned in competitive play). Notable moves: Seed Bomb, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Low Sweep, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Payback, Spikes, Swords Dance, Growth, Nasty Plot, Leech Seed, Substitute ,Focus Punch, Encore, Hidden Power (for coverage) Useful Items: Leftovers, Brightpowder, Focus Sash, Lum Berry

<p><p><p><p><p><p>That's unfortunate. So South Korea (or Korea in general) seldom had it's own identity.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>You know, "independence" is usually connected to being chained by something else. A lot of teenagers think that way too, but they're really just subjects of some trend of some kind. It brings into question how independent people, as well as nations, can truly be, I think. I don't really promote "independence" in the sense that I promote people, as well as nations working together, but then people try to be the same, or try to be too different. I don't know what I'm saying anymore.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Sorry for late replies. Internet went down, and I didn't know what to write at the time. Also I don't know if I mentioned this but it's a likelihood my Pokemon Games got stolen. Black, Platinum, SoulSilver... I'm back to square one: Emerald!</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>Hmmm. I will keep that in mind. Language is an interesting thing - I also remember George Orwell's 1984 having a character fascinated by the "destruction of language or use of words". I think that of all things stuck out to me. I can see why trying to use other culture's words when you already have your own is troublesome. In fact, just hearing that puts me in a state of wonder, but also worry.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I think I now get it. I already did, but I'm just comprehending it more. Trust me, I feel like a weirdo. I'm imperfect and I am not right about everything, but a lot of people I met seem to appreciate my reasonability, which I realize is not commonplace. It makes me feel like a weirdo too. Not as serious as your situation I don't think, but I do feel out of place a lot.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  24. <p><p><p><p><p><p>Howdy.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  25. Very interesting!! I wonder what it's story will be - or Pokedex, eh. I don't know if it look like it'll be that potent though - it probably will have attack, but that's all I can gather. Maybe it'll learn a steel type move like Night Slash, etc, and have an ability that'll boost the power of "slashy slash" moves? That would actually be cool. Or it'll have cursed body - or it'll have an ability that will boost attack. I just think of this thing as a glass cannon - I highly doubt it'll be defensive. It may learn a lot of ghostly moves, but I doubt it'll be supportive. But we'll see. I find it very interesting, but I hope it doesn't suffer the same fate as Banette and other unfortunate ghosts.
