  1. I rarely (well infact this is my second) use C4D renderis in my work however i decided to have a go. CnC would be greatly appriciated please! I'd also like to confess my love for quagsire! Immerse <3 Quaggy.
  2. I thought it was bleneded okish :L YEah i found the lighting hard to place on this on so i opted for the simple Black layer with liner doge add some curves and bit o' dodging. Blending and text are the things i generally lack on, iv only been able to do one were i was able to blend them in so well :L Took me hours like Thank you for the rate Greatly appriciated! Yes it's been a year since i was making these, time to get back to work
  3. Sorry, i din't know anyone replied Any who thank you for the comments http://www.mediafire.com/?sh3y2qyi3qb78r8 - There is the PSD, enjoy.
  4. Hmm, only one i havn't got time to rate but isn't SB Blaziken banned? Also you really need power whip on Ferro, your team could easily be walled by Vapoureon, Swampert and the new threat that would destroy Ferro and the rest of your team is Quagsire (It has Unaware, it's a beast).
  5. Amazing advice right there! Hmm, im going to be sneaky and DL the PO to my SD card then play it off that, then hopefully i may be able to access it at col and be able to go on it at home -Dead forum is deadish- :L
  6. Yeah, i got the hang afterwards. My friend was using metagross lead so i set up SR then sent out Ferro because it is COMPLETE Volcarona bait (I use TWave to para it when it came in )oops there goes 50% Hp then in comes Tentacruel sets up one layer of toxic spikes While that Quiver dances then i OHKO it with scald then i set up another player of spikes then go back to ferrothorn. Also love Gliscor's fling poisons those pesky Electross then they can't do fak all to him ^^ Reply to your edit; Seems feasible! Tbh that = Epic stall Plus when Toxic spikes are in play i generally can't WOW and well the residual damage usually noms on most sweepers BUT exadrill would come in as a problem so i guess WOW back on rotom? : I edited this and im not sure if you would have seen it? Now im torn between 3 set's for Tomb :L
  7. Will do ^^ The 1st battle i played today i messed royally! Im still in the pahze of click that attack it's the most powerfulllzzz!! :D Then i realise SHIT I'M PLAYING STALL ._. then i loose ugh need to get outa that habit ¬.¬ But yeah she managed to take down a Haxorus all on her own today :') Though he wasn't burnt (Toxic Spikes) she was able to do some nice damage to him and the Haxorus ceased to exist :L Oh and i had a rate on another forum saying to replace Garchomp with Gengar cus it's a rapid spinner and it covers the ground weakness...... I guess Gliscor and Rotom are too fat to Fly/Levitate? Ate to many Pies? Or maybe they are depressed and don't want to Fly/levitate? Sighhhhhh.... I'll get the gun...... Reply to your edit; Seems feasible! Tbh that = Epic stall Plus when Toxic spikes are in play i generally can't WOW and well the residual damage usually noms on most sweepers BUT exadrill would come in as a problem so i guess WOW back on rotom? :L
  8. LOL! That warstory (The Luvdisc one) was the 1st one i read when i joined the forum i couldn't believe it i was laughing the whole way through and i thought it was that amazing i got my mate to read it Also thats a good rule tbh No pokemon should be exempt from a team unless they can not provide what is needed Drama drama drama.... It's good to know about history after all it is what made us today, without past events there couldn't be any present or future events
  9. Hate victini, though it's shiny is amazing I love your teams there always something different and not of the norm, i also like the fact you like to tie it to historical events/people makes for a better read tbh :L Im not very good at rating teams but i would defiantly get that Bravairy out, it can be powerfull but i think it just falls short of the 'Good enough to use again' line :L i wouldn't know what to replace with it though. -Is still a nub - And well it isn't like i can improve on what you nor what Tbird has said, two masters at work, i'll leave you alone now
  10. It's no problem at all! Hmm, my advice for Pokegen is to edit and already captured pokemon and change it's stats, it's the most legit way. However look on youtube there are many PokeGen vid tutorials Back on topic, the game has changed in many ways in the competitive battling though you won't notice these :3 I play mine on the R$ and i can go online And im not going to buy them because to me they are not worth the money the last one i thought that was is Platinum
  11. ^Wraith Beat me :') Hello and welcome to project pokemon Hope you enjoy your stay Well since yellow you have missed out on alot, hell of alot. A website that will help you with everything about pokemon is; http://www.serebii.net Another website that will help is; http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/ (This orovides pre made set's for a pokemon however 5th gen isn't done yet) 1st you need to get yourself aquainted with natures; http://www.serebii.net/games/natures.shtml These are what makes a pokemon stand out in a particular stat e.g. speed. Then you NEED to know about EV's (Effort Values; http://www.serebii.net/games/evs.shtml These are CRUTIAL! These can be make or break for a pokemon. Also get familiar with other peoples teams and see how they constructed them and look at how each pokemon plays a role in the team; One of TBirds (Hope he doesn't mind and if you wish to pm him with help im sure he will be a great tutor like he was with me ): http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?14799-Gen-V-OU-Sazzy-says Wraith94's he is another amazing player and you can definatly learn a thing or two from his teams: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?13680-Divine-Rights Mine; Im not brilliant but you might learn a thing or two (I like defensive stall approach http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?15215-Generation-Five-OU-RMT-Hatez-Gona-Hate. (Don't replicate peoples teams without permission!) Chandelure can be good revenge killer with choice scarf but is also a very good fire absorber (Granted you have flash fire) for ferrothorn, those two have great synergy. Seismitoad, im afraid i know nothing so i can't say much on that behalf. Ferrothorn is an amazing wall i have one and usually use him in all of my teams BUT he is very weak to fire (x4 weakness) so you must have something within the team that can take a fire hit for him, like your chandelure. Again Reuniclus i know nothing of but i know it is briliant in Trick room teams and can be devastaing to some teams. Hydreigon (One of my fav's ^^) is an amazing special sweeper or mixed sweeper, he is best with life orb and can aslo be a decent scouter. Thunderus, not a clue all i know is that it's prankster ability means it can shut down walls and set-ups will relative ease. There are many guides on the forum to explain thing so please have a look around, it may take some time to grasp it all but if you really want to do competative battling then it's all worth it.
  12. Thanks TBird that makes sense. I now need a Guinea pig! >
  13. The trans i have always have HP Ice it's the best counter for dragon switch ins, i generally get scarftrans when they switch in with an EQ. This is my first stall team, I'm a complete noob so constructive criticism would be nice or perhaps pointers on what I should be looking for! The Ttran Ferro and Gliscor combo has worked wonders so far in 3v3 but I have no one that is at my level to battle with 6v6 :L
  14. Most Heatran iv seen are choiced or ballooned :L And so far in 3v3 it's made an excellent counter but i guess Rotom - W would be better? The team needs testing out as of yet. And your post was more of a my team can destroy your team post :L I have no experience so atm i think anything can roll over me.... Changes in bold thankyou TBird, however what am i supposed to do with Gliscor? How would i spread the EV's? Also you stated that i would need to use Pain Split over WOW but you gave me a tactic to beat mence with WOW so which do i choose?
  15. Hello, I'm new to the competitive battling area and was hoping the community could help me on my very first team. I have the knowledge but I have no experience and was hoping you'd be able to aid me I'm open to any and every suggestions. The main purpose of my team is to stall an make them take as much residual damage as possible till they are all worn into the ground The core is Ttar, Tenta and Ferro. Lead: (Thank you TBird for this) TicTacTar (Tyranitar) @ Leftovers - Done Sand Stream Sassy EV: 240 HP / 16 Sp.Attack / 252 Sp. Def Moves: Stealth Rock Crunch Ice Beam - Done Fire Blast - Done This Ttar is build for longevity more than anything so he can survive to whip up a sandstorm in case of DrizzleToad / DroughtTails switch ins. He also counters dragons well with ice beam or can destroy Scizor/Ferro switch ins with Fire Blast. The lum berry is to prevent the likes of Toxic so he lasts longer. Iv managed to use him in the random battles and he makes a brilliant surprise to those water switch ins, with sassy nature and EV's in sp def a vapoureon hit 9 damage on me with Ice beam a Hydreigon did 94 crit damage with surf and with 202 hp my Ttar was still standing D: With ice beam id did roughly 50% to Hydriegon so to the likes of the other dragons that have x4 weakness to ice it could be 100%? Fighting weakness: Spiritomb, Gliscor - Done Water Weakness : Ferrothron, Rotom - W, Tentacruel Ground Weakness: Rotom - W, Gliscor Bug Weakness: Spiritomb, Gliscor - Done Steel Weakness: Ferrothorn Grass Weakness: Ferrothorn Wall/Support: U Mad? (Ferrothorn) @ Leftovers Iron Barbs Carefull EV: 252 Hp / 88 Def / 168 Sp. Def Moves: Twave Spikes Leech Seed Power Whip What can i say? This guy is a beast! It takes hit's till kingdom come many resistances and immunity to Toxic, toxic spikes and sandstorm. Passes Twave around making some of my team faster than them but also the occasional para to stop them in their tracks Spikes is more residual damage on top of SR and Sandstorm plus if you hit this guy more often then not your going to take more damage than you dish Iron barbs add even more to the passing damage you hardly notice Also makes short work of waters Fire Weakness: Ttar, Rotom - W, Tentacruel Fighting Weakness: Spiritomb, Gliscor - Done Spinner: Tentas (Tentacruel) @ Black Sludge Liquid Ooze - Done Calm EV: 252 Hp / 120 Def / 136 Sp. Def Moves: Toxic Spikes Rapid Spin Scald Sludge Bomb The aim of this guy is so simple rapid spin those pesky spikes and rocks away and lay down some toxic spikes. Not only that this guy acts as a brilliant Sp. Def wall taking Ice, water and fire shots with ease while been able to counter the rock, fire and grass pokemon. Also liquid ooze helps against drain punching Conkuldurrs (Thanks TBird) This guy so far has been the best Volcarona counter EVER! ^^ Psychic Weakness: Ttar, Ferrothorn Electric Weakness: Ttar, Ferrothorn, Gliscor Ground Weakness: Rotom - W, Gliscor Bulky Bulkiness: Motor (Ingenious... :L) (Rotom - W) @ Leftovers Levitate Bold Ev: 252 Hp / 168 Def / 88 Sp. Def Moves: Thunderbolt Painsplit (Spiritomb Covers the WOW corner allowing Rotom to last longer) - Done Hydro Pump Hidden Power Fire (70) - Done This guy was mainly a filler to add some immunities but also some coverage. His bulkiness means he can set up on dragons (Mostly switch in on EQ) He has W-o-W to disable sweeps and HP ice to demolish them. He really speaks for himself i suppose. Grass Weakness: Ferrothorn Bulky Offence: Vampz (Gliscor) @ Toxic Orb Poison Heal Impish Ev: 252 Hp / 44 Def / 212 Speed - Done Moves: Fling Protect Acrobatics EQ I love this guy! He is an amazing Conkuldurr and Heatran check and grants many resistances and immunities that my team mates LOVE! Poison heal doesn't just heal but also prevent any other status like burn which mean he can be doing constant damage no matter what! I usually Fling the toxic orb ( After it has taken effect) intoxicating anything that it has touched then i use protect to scout my opponents next move but to also stall. Once im ridden of the Toxic orb aerobatics BP jumps up to 165! Meaning Conkuldurr are easy pickings and by this time their team has taken enough residual damage to be sweeped by this monsta Not to mention he is one of my favourites! Ice Weakness: Ttar, Tentacruel, Rotom - W Water Weakness: Tentacruel, Rotom - W, Ferrothorn Spin Blocker: (My Spikezz stay!) Spookz (Im so original :') (Spritomb) @ Expert Belt Pressure Brave Ev: 248 Hp / 152 Attack / 108 Sp. Attack Moves: WOW HP Fighting / Pain Split Pursuit Sucker Punch Thank you Tbird for this amazing guy! This guy has already proven his worth 1000x then what Chompy did he plays a much more solid role and can even support better than what Chomp did due to it's immunity to fighting! This guy can cripple any wanna be sweepers but can also check switchers and those pesky rapid spinners (Namely starmie) He can also do some nice damage to Magnezones and Heatrans. All in all he is a much welcomed addition to the team and he will probably be my staple spin blocker from now on. Opponents Rage weakness: Their Power Button :') (Yes he has been the cause of 4 out of 5 rage quits!) Oh and he has no weakness Unless they carry foresight..... LOLOLOLOLOL --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Members----------- End Game Shuffler/Phazer: (Another thanks to Tbird for this) THE NEXT POKEMON IS PURELY EXPERIMENTAL FOR THE TIME BEING! ScarfChomp (Garchomp) @ Leftovers Sand Veil Jolly Ev: 252 Hp / 4 Attack / 252 Speed Moves: Substitute Hone Claws EQ Dragon Tail This guy was the idea of a friend to fit into my team but he also wanted to experiment on how well this guy could fair. While SS is in effect so will his ability which should help somewhat. The idea is late game when all major threats are neutralised he will come in use his speed to set up a sub and keep hone cloning at least twice this will give a nice attack boost but also the accuracy boost Dragon Tail needs. His job will be simple keep using dragon tail it will shuffle them while they take damage plus if SR and spikes are in effect they will take more damage making for an easy KO. He also help phase out the set up's during the game. Ice Weakness: Ttar, Tentacruel, Rotom - W Dragon Weakness: Ferrothorn, Rotom - W --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for reading and thank you TBird for the help and advice given
  16. The Masuda method makes shinies look common, 1 / 1024 chance is it? I got a Shiny Gastly after 300+ Eggs Right nature too ^^ Also i acquired two shiny deoxys from GTS
  17. This team is being overhauled so rating is not necessary however if you want to use this team or parts of it feel free ^^.
  18. Hi im new to the community and I like to see people's artistic work as well as the other forum contents. Also since i havn't done any PS work for a long time i thought id create a new sig for a new forum and was wondering if anyone would CnC it please? Any constructive criticism is welcome P.S The text is blah i was supposed to use a clipping mask but i ran outa time :L
  19. Yes Cradaily is a priority choice as it's DW Ability is storm drain adding an extra immunity! I know my mate used it on me while I use Hydro P on it x.x; I was also thinking of running a EvoDusclops, can reach 580ish in one def while the other is around 350-400+ and with pain split toxic and will-o-wisp it can destroy a blissy (My mate found that out to his regret ^^) Also adds fighting immunity. I guess T-tar is the obvious lead, maybe i should give it stealth rocks and a phazer like roar or dragon tail? (Might use roar as it is more reliable i think) Would a Swampert be a good add? Or empoleon?Oh and my rapid spinner i was thinking of having a Claydoll with Dual Screens and Light Clay (OOPS Forgot Tenta can spin :L but still??) i using the Jirachi you helped improve . Unfortunately i don't have access to a computer for a lengthy period of time as this is my dads so PO is kinda outa the question. :L Sorry i feel like im bombarding you :3 You can tell me to shut up PS Did you make that sig cus i like the grunge effect, nicely done. Edit: Also i have a Event (Shiny, form the Zoroark event) Sucine that has Aqua ring just in case that can help?
  20. I'll commit to full stall then, yeah thinks have really changed in this gen :'( I wanted to play the Gen IV but i had no Wi-Fi :L I'll post sometime soon, any pointers? I'll let you use that im sure you will pull it off more effectively than me
  21. My 1st was Silver, the obvious one Red Gyarados howevr at the time i thought it was exclusive. My 1st random encounter was on Ruby while i was training my Breloom and i found a shiny Geodude
  22. Hmm, i was really trying to base this team around deoxys as a lead but im seeing it's real potential. I will admit that hitmontop is useful VERY useful. Uhm i might have to go back to the drawing board while considering your improvements. I really want a Chandelure and Ferrothorn and i was thinking of having a Evolite Dusclops... Meh i really like to stall and wipe at the end. Im at col atm so ill look into it later. Yeah i have that Hitmonop from the last team (With Fake Out). Hmm just used this team on my mates and well it seem'd rather blah... It did the job but it wouldn't fair against people that knew what to do :L Ferrothorn and Chandelure are a must for me, i was thinking of adding a lucario into the mix? Im not sure ill edit this thread when i think of a new setup just trying to figure out the best wasy to stall then sweep :3
  23. Hello I'm rather new to the competitive battle scene and have practically no experience, I do however have lots of knowledge on the subject and a thirst to learn more This is my very 1st team that I have solely created and is meant for the Gen 5 OU Wi-Fi arena. Here it is; Lead; Deoxys Speed Form (Shiny): Nick: Deoxys (Can not rename because it's traded x.x) Item: Leftovers/Focus Sash/Life Orb Nature: Timid Ability: Pressure Ev: 252 Hp 252 Sp. Attack 4 Speed Move Set: Stealth Rock Recover/Pursuit Ice Beam Psycho Boost The reason for this as a lead is because thankfully it has been dropped to OU and not many people will expect it. (Or so i hope) It's amazingly fast without EV's or Choice scarf so it will be able to set up stealth rock without a hitch. It's not only going to serve as my lead but a hopeful revenge killer, faster than anything not scarfed means it can stab it's most powerful move to finish the job then retreat, ice beam is there for the pesky dragon Hydreigon because I know that thing is going to be it's main weakness and it's common, also deals with other dragon/grass types. I wasn't sure what item to give it as I know it's frail but I don't know how frail it is so it may be able to survive an attack if not focus sash is a must the left overs was to heal little by little and the life orb was to get more of a boost out of it's Ice Beam and Psycho Boost. Recover will work with Jirachi's Wish, if i can safe switch i can use recover and get the wish to heal back to full in one also activating Focus sash if it does have one. I wanted this mainly due to the fact iv had all four formes for so long (Two shiny) and never been able to use them because iv never played uber :L __________________________________________________________________________________ Wall; Ferrothorn: Nick: iTank Item: Leftovers Nature: Sassy Ability: Iron Barbs Ev: Hp 252 Attack 8 Defence 168 Sp. Defence 80 Note: Speed iv is 0 Move Set: Spikes Leech Seed Gyro Ball Power Whip This guy speaks for it's self, Spikes - Leech Seed and Stab. Switch in on not very effective moves and giggle as you see his hp bar not even budge. This guy is one of my favourites by far! I love him so much he can tank anything except a fire move, 4x weakness really hurts this guy! That's why I chose his next buddy __________________________________________________________________________________ Fire Absorbing Revenge Killing Sweeping Candle of Doom. o_O Chandelure: Nick: iBurnSoulz Item: Choice Scarf Nature: Timid Ability: Flash Fire Ev: Hp 4 Sp. Attack 252 Speed 252 Move Set: Overheat Shadow Ball Energy Ball Hidden Power (Fighting) This gal is the butter to the bread and has amazing synergy with iTank (Ferrothorn). Able to switch into fire type moves take no damage and raise Sp. Attack is what makes her deadly! Free boost means it can seriously dent anything that will be switched in. Overheat is it's main stab and this is what gives it the sweeping capability with a choice scarf. Shadow ball is it's second stab while it won't give much coverage it will be able to do a serious number to the Lati's, Mew's and Deoxys now they are OU Energy ball is in case of a Swampert switch in or and water in general. The HP Fighting is what i make as a 'Shock Tactic' iv noticed that people mainly use T-tar and Heatran to combat this little wick so if I know they have one of these I'll use that as a 'kick in the balls' move and hopefully one shot those pesky mons. (And I managed to get a Litwick with the perfect nature and HP Fighting 70 D: not shiny though ;- __________________________________________________________________________________ Healing Coverage: Jirachi: Nick: Jirachi (Again Traded :L) Item: Leftovers Nature: Jolly Ability: Serene Grace Ev: Hp 236 Attack 148 Speed 126 Move Set: Wish Protect Fire Punch Ice Punch This little guy is obvious, passing the wishes about. He also works in tandem with Deoxys to keep it topped up but also to keep my tank which has no chunk self healing move healthy. This guy also serves as a anti Magnezone/Scizor/Forrotress/Ferroseed (I know Magnezones carry HP fire but with protect and wish and a fire move of my own I can either force switch or possible kill) He also is a Outrage soaker along side my Ferroseed Hopefully stemming any un-setup outrages whitch is common on Mences and ScarfChomps, Ice Punch is to hit them back causing them to flee. I love this little guy adorable and yet so versatile __________________________________________________________________________________ Cover and Wall Breaker (Mainly EvoChansey and EvoDusclops): Wash Rotom (Shiny): Nick: iWash Item: Choice Specs Nature: Timid Ability: Levitate Ev: Hp 252 Sp. Attack 252 Speed 4 Move Set: Hydro Pump Thunderbolt Pain Split Trick This guy covers the ground weakness. I made him a little bulkier and gave him a semi healing move so he could last longer. Trick is to disable the set ups and walls like Blissy but choice specs also gives him a slight sweeping capability whilst been able to keep his hp through wish pass and pain split. This guy can destroy a Blissy without batting an eyelid or stop a Baton Passer setting up. __________________________________________________________________________________ Physical Sweeper/ Late Game Sweeper. Garchomp (Shiny, probably a waste of a shiny but meh): Nick: Rawr D:< Item: Choice Scarf Nature: Ability: Sand Veil Ev: Hp 4 Speed 252 Attack 252 Move Set: Outrage (Duh) Earthquake Stone Edge Fire Blast ScarfChomp.... you know the drill I don't think I need to elaborate on this guy :L __________________________________________________________________________________ Thank you so much for reading, already iv learnt one thing; it takes a long time to post one team D: Also id like to thank TBird for helping me by letting me use his team to get started :creep:
