  1. It really depends on whether or not I particularly like the girl in question. I think the rule has a place in society, and there is no harm in practicing it in a formal setting or whenever you are trying to make an impression.
  2. I've been using Vista since it came out. All I can say is that, like any windows release, you'll need to configure/optimize a few things to get the most out of it but that it's a definite improvement on XP. I really love how fast search is (from the start menu or from any explorer window), compatibility mode has been noticeably improved, and sharing across a network is easier than ever. In all the time I've used Vista, it's NEVER crashed. No kidding.
  3. Alright, Naru. I truly hope I don't ever get the chance to say "I told you so." <3
  4. Whoa. WHAT? Do go on, you handsome devil!
  5. I'd be happy with just a fully 3D console pokemon RPG that plays like the handheld games. An MMO would also be nice, and it COULD be done but I think Nintendo underestimates Pokemon's consumer base. They probably presume that the majority of sales goes to younger children that wouldn't have the credit cards to pick up an MMO. Besides that, Nintendo doesn't have the right people hired to make an MMO happen as far as I know, neither do they have the right footing when it comes to the internet.
  6. Macbooks are made out of the same components as PC laptops: seagate HDDs, intel CPUs, nvidia integrated graphics. Adobe's suite of utilities is written in C++ which can run nativley on Windows and Mac OSX. So what makes you think that a macbook would do the job better?Naru-Chu: I have personally been impressed with HP's product quality and customer service. I own an HP Pavilion myself, and it runs anything not named Crysis. I bought it two years ago for about $800, so anything you buy now-a-days within your price range should be at least as powerful. The important thing to remember when getting a laptop for graphical editing is graphics and processor power. Whatever you decide to buy for that price should do the job alright, though from my experiences in the past, Dell's build quality is going to be shoddier than the competition and in the end any dollars you save won't be worth it.
  7. Definately Microsoft. They stole exclusives from Sony, announced a new entry in their best selling FPS and gave details on the OTHER new entry in that series set to come out in time for Christmas, showed off a new accessory that has "cool" factor that rival's the Wii.
  8. Apple? Screwing people over? I'm shocked!http://suregottold.com/t/EKMX8-76Ja--CNFIEajU7SvV7FoBE5UtRGMF42pvuEw
