You will probebly need ndstool to dump the ROM's contents. I recommend DS Lazy because it is a good GUI to it.

DS Video runs on just about every flashcart, and we were talking about built-in capabilities. I have a Max Media Dock, and it works fine (I only had a little trouble with the encoder at first. Remember: If you use a GUI encoder, put the command-line encoder in the same directory as the GUI).

Hello Dave. Have you installed the drivers correctly? What version of Windows do you have? XP? Vista?

It isn't off topic. In mystery dungeon, when a swimming Pokémon followed you, it floated. I'm saying they could do that on this new game. But then again, the daycare center had a small body of water for water Pokémon, so they could only be restricted to water.

It was a little odd having a wiscash floating around...

As for the Pokemon following you. What ones CAN follow you? It would probebly be a Riolu if it had data implemented, but they might not...

All of the graphics of each side of the person in the middle. But it is just opinion, because I'm more of a simple graphic person. Example: I thought that the title screen for Pokemon Ranger 2 was the best, because they didn't over-do it. They just put a simple "Pokemon Ranger" in the middle of a landscape.

You should see a field that has a list of your Party Pokemon, and if you click the button that says "Storage", then you can see the pokemon you have in storage. To edit it, you have to click "Edit". Use "Load" if you have a PKM file you downloaded from this site.

That would be dificult, now that I think about it. It is not only time travel, but a fact of it's biology that enables it to travel at will. If you change it without the proper caution, it might not be able to travel through time.

I have noticed that many peoiple make separate threads for asking opinions on avatars and signatures. Well, this thread is dedicated to that, so there won't be an overflow of threads in the Creative discussion thread.

I recommend that you date your signatures and avatars, because they change over time (my signature the the most unstable in the forum, so I think).

I have the same problem. The platinum save is 512KB, but the 3-in-1 backup tool does not recognize it for some reason. If I remember correctly the next to latest wi-fi backup tool does.

Is that why I can't seem to edit/view the storage properly in Pokesav, or is it because it is an early version?

512 is the "raw" format for pokemon saves. And incorporating support for other save types was kinda beyond what I was shooting for with this. You'll have to just use the Shunyweb Converter.

256KB is the save size of my original cart, and Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool (Slot 2) dumps in RAW Format.

I use the same tool to dump Dimaond, and it is in it's original size: 512KB

To display the PKM files, click on the drop-down box with all the ?marks in if, and select the one ending in (*.*). That is a bug, because when I save a file, it saves it as "*.pkm)"

For some reason, I have a 256KB save file, and it won't work because PCD Safe assumes that all save files are 512KB. I am currently viewing Platinum's data in NDS Backup Tool (Slot 2) v0.31.

Hi all,

I'm a newbie. Just finally found pokesav (here), after looking for a week or so. Found lots of tutorials for it (esp on Utube), but every link I tried to follow to actually download it was broken.

I'm playing Pokemon Pearl, as a counter-play for my son and wife (Diamond and Platinum respectively), and wanted to get pokesav to get the legendaries and event pokemon that otherwise we wouldn't be able to get.

We've played Pokemon since the beginning (and still have all the games, except Blue ).

Guess that will do for now.
