Even then, it will still be impossible because the Liberty Ticket for the US Release is still unknown. Your Request for a Victini would best be in the Pokemon Request Forum.     I didn't say Victini, I said Liberty Ticket. The Liberty Ticket code doesn't give you a Victini, it gives you a Ticket in order to catch a Victini.

    Most these codes you requested won't work unless you have the actual Retail Cart. Just use MGE v1.4.3 to add the WC into your .sav file unless you have the actual Retail Cart.

    Actually, Pokemon and Items from certain Events will not work for Desmume and certain Flash Carts such as the Liberty Ticket and the newest Darkrai Event. Their for, you must edit your SAV File with the PGF Files from the Event Contribution Thread by usuing MGE v1.4.3.
