OK. I also want to mention that this is the same in the Battle Video GTS, but the Battle Recorder and that are probably linked. I am at Sanyou Town now, and when I talk to the middle lady in the Pokémon Center, she talks about the spikey eared PICHU not being allowed online, when I don't have him in my party. This is at the early stages of the game (the lady to the right displays the correct message so maybe you can just copy that message).

After beating N. Cheren says this: "Off to the next town... I want to fight Sanyou City's gym lea(text cuts off here)." And: "The best way for trainser to get stronger is to challenge the gym leaders accross th(text cuts off here)." You could shorten to: "The best way to get stronger is to challenge the gym leaders across the region. (I assume that's what was missing)" More as they come.

Ah, didn't know about i, thanks. Yeah, be does seem like a better word to use. I am at the first town now, everything has gone smoothly so far, no errors or anything. Nice job everyone. Will post any errors as they come. (Also, wouldn't it be best to set up some area for errors that were reported? I could use one of my posts for that if you guys are willing). Edit 1 - The Plasma Admin's speech in the first town. When he talks about dividing pokemon: "What if that were to be prevented by someone to clearly divide them?" Some of the people that talk in the background (where random textboxs with words appear) have some of their sentences cut off. You might need to play that part to see what I mean. More as they come. Edit 2 - There is also an error in the admin's speech: "But what should we humans do to b ambassador to the oppressed Pokémon?" Also, I just realized that N's speeches are faster than normal .

I'll check again if they are missing the word trainer. If so "trainer" could easily replace "pokémon". Edit - Yeah, it has trainer. Edited my mistake.

Started from the beginning. Cheren in the lab after getting Bel: "It's all thanks to you that I could become a Pokémon like I always dream." Could translate to: "It's all thanks to you that I can become a Pokémon trainer like I always dream." Because the word "become" is a bit to close to the end of the text box. Bel's dad says something about her being "naive" after I go to get her. The "i" in "naive" seems off, as it looks like it has two "periods" instead of one. You'll have to play that part to get what I mean. More as they come.

Thankies. *Downloads* Edit - Decided to see if bugs from the previous version were fixed. The Battle Recorder and everything related it is still "corrupted". It's even worse now as it freezes for longer and you can see any of the battle numbers, it's all just question marks, making it impossible to share battle videos. I am going to test U-Turn now, and get to work on finding errors in the story.Edit 2 - Seems U-Turn was fixed, I'll do more battle testing (battle subway) and see if that kid crashes the game. Edit 3 - Battle Subway crashes immediately upon entering..... Edit 4 - Entered a second time, and it didn't crash. The same kid is still doing it I think.

They look great, much better than the ones currently used. Though the one on the right seems to be thicker than the one on the left looks more sleek and high quality. If they are included in the new patch which is going to be used? Cause I personally think the one on the left looks better.

U-Turn crashes the game when used. V4 Patch Kata.

Same. I remember not being able to register my white game cause I didn't have something asleep.

Put a pokemon to sleep via C-Gear and try registering then. Don't wake up the pokemon until your id works fine (and you can do the event to get the pikachu skin ).

As I reported before, the vs recorder / video gts is corrupted (the last digits for the video nuber displays random letters and numbers so I can't get the full number and the screen freezes before loading the play / save / exit screen), but I've found another glitch with it. With some videos in the gts if I watch them and skip a few turns, when I exit the video the screen freezes and I can only get out of it if I turn off my ds. Also, reposting these just in case they were missed. And whats the deal with U-Turn? Does it really cause crashes on wifi and battle recorder?

His name is not Bamboo, it's a translation mistake. English names for leaders haven't been revealed afaik.

I am using the one that doesn't translate the names for pokemon (the katakana patch right?) and in game traded pokemon have their names translated. Also while you're at the E4, could you possibly change the names of two of them? The dark and psychic e4 arre the only ones that need name chaning I think ("Giima" is the correct spelling for the dark e4 and the psychic e4's name is the same as her platinum name, which is "Caitlin".

More stuff. In the Kata patch, in game traded pokemon have their names translated, so in order for me to retain some legitimacy with them, I have to switch to the japanese rom so they retain their proper names. Some Elite 4 names need looking at, the names on the vs screen and in-battle screen are different (different spellings, Giima has a ? mark replaccing one of his "i's").

It's working fine for me but I am doing the singles section. What part did it freeze at? Edit - Just got a freeze / crash on the 8th round in singles, I am using the Kata patch with black + rudolph's union room fix (patch ver. 2) but it could have been a one off (I hope so). It was a blue screen crash.

Cheren is a male though, unless they're doing it as a joke it should really say "he" and "him". In the beach town (with Cynthia), some guy with the blue hair down at the beach talks about Cynthia, but says "Sirona", which is an incorrect spelling of her japanese name. Maybe change it to her english name? Hope all my posts aren't getting ignored. >_>

I think you got that mixed up. Kata has the Japanese names.

Vs Recorder and the Battle Recorder option is extremely buggy / corrupted maybe. When I enter the battle recorder and choose my videos / other battles the screen freezes for a couple of seconds, then when it loads the battle, the video number is corrupted (the 2 digit and 5 digit numbers are fine, the last digit number is the one that corrupts). The same also occurs when I go to battle videos in the pokemon centre, when I want to look at a video, the screen will freeze for a couple of seconds, then when it loads the video number is corrupted.

When I was teaching my pokemon new moves, sometimes the name of the move wouldn't show up when it askes me to replace it. It didn't do it with all moves but I decided to test all of them to see which ones where causing problems. Screenshots to show what I am on about. or Below is a list of all tms / hms that has their text cut off. There are some that are missing cause I don't have them yet / don't have a pokemon that can learn a move but I think it's safe to say that it's like this with all tms / hms. Different Pokemon show different results, but in the end, some text is cut off. The last message also doesn't make much sense, instead of: "Should a move be deleted and be replaced with [TM / HM Move]?" Replace with this message, or just remove the word "be" and everything will makes more sense : "Should a move be deleted and replaced with [TM / HM Move]?" Also, after the Union Room lady says she hopes she enjoys my stay in the union room, a random text box with a ? mark appears before I start walking to the elevator, maybe look into that also? Zekrom's ability is spelt "Terra Voltage" not "Tera Voltage".

Ok, I've made a save when the translation stops for me, when a new update to the story appears, I will report bugs / typo's as they come. For now I'll focus on moves and stuff, reporting text errors as I see them. Speaking of text errors, Zekrom's ability has two r's in Terra Voltage, instead of one.

Ok , decided to reread the first post....and it seems some stuff were not translated intentially...made myself look like a fool lol, unless I'm wrong again >.>. For now I'll focus battling text till more updates on the story are made.

Before the first town. When I choose yes when Belle askes me if I caught more Pokemon, she talks japanese and the live caster convo is in japanese. After that everyone talks in english. In the Dream Ruins: When I encounter belle after the first leader battle, when I approach the ruins, english text is sandwiched between japanese text: "[Japanese Text] Did you hear something? [Japanese Text]" "Bel: You think kicking thePokemon will bring out the dream smoke?" Also, in the Sanyou Town (the one with the first leader(s)), there is a little girl south of the pokemon centre that says she likes my water pokemon, when I picked the fire one, maybe look into that? Also, Makomo or however you spell her name talks japanese when you're in her house for the first time but I'm going to assume that part wasn't in the link I provided in the old thread. After Belle's speech about hitting pokemon is wrong, the plasma folk start talking Japanese again before they battle me. They are talking japanese after I battled them and so is Belle and the convo goes back to english when Makomo reappears, then back to Japanese when Belle starts speaking (Makomo only speaks english twice in this scene), I am pretty sure this convo was translated in the link I provided. Back at Makomo's house, she speaks japanese throughout the whole convo. More as they come.

I saw it after the battle with my male rival, when he was talking to my mum. The new one I have just reported was infront of the first town.

More text breaks. "Cheren: Yes, Ma'am! Well, if you'll excuse m(breaks here)" "Cheren:...Looks like we're supposed to mee(breaks here) the professor up ahead."
