i chose mostly johto pokemon, cuz after you beat the indigo plateuo you can go to kanto(in regular gold and silver anyway). plus, i like the morning/day/night system. only cuz it gives you a challenge. what i mean by mostly johto is, of course, the johto and kanto like in the originals.

im choosing cyndaquil by far. totodile has more attack than special attack, plus knows few water attacks. and chikorita can learn razor leaf, but nothing good for awhile. cyndaquil FTW

i already pre-ordered heart gold cuz ho-oh is way cooler and i know how to get lugia in gold legitly anyway. plus ive had regular gold forever, which the game got deleted (it wont save either), and the guide from regular silver/gold, so im thinking it would be similar.
