No, GameFreak incorrectly programmed it to give to the OT affection rather than the current trainer affection.

Not a bug, working as intended. Hint: participating in contests grants OT Affection.

This is a Korean one. Moveset and details wise, we predict it would be the same as the Japanese one presently distributed, but we're unsure. It's really weird to see that we got the Pikachu in the gallery but not the Darkrai despite being serial code (can be found in the servers). Also added Dialga/Palkia Alamos informations.
