I like that it can learn both Midday and Midnight exclusive moves. I've kinda been wanting an Event Lycanroc, that have the moves swapped. A better comparison would be Munchlax event.

The image is a joke, and is a gross misrepresentation of how it works. Well, almost. NTRBootHax, formerly known as MagnetHax, has been released for public usage. Earlier this year, with a combined usage of a Magnet and a NDS Flashcart, @SciresM demonstrated in a video that he gained early access to bootrom of the 3DS. This method is also said to be able to salvage 3DSs' from the hell, that made them effectively a brick. A magnet is only required for models that can be "flipped shut"; 2DS (non-XL) doesn't require this. Possibly due to an oversight by programmers/hardware developers, the 3DS checks to see if Start+Select+X is held down, and if the shell is closed. If so, the 3DS will attempt to boot from an NDS cartridge from the bootrom (with bootrom access). Hence, the purpose of the magnet is enable a state that the 3DS believes that the shell is closed. With this hax, it'll allow CFW installation, enabling the use of save editors like PKHeX and ROM hacks. I didn't realize Girafarig is rare! I've apparently seen and caught 2 back in Singapore!

They should, the rest of the world needs a crazy event like the Yokohama Pokemon Go one too! I hope to at least add Kangaskhan, Unown and Girafarig to my Pokedex today. We managed to find a Girafarig nest about 45 mins away from the station in Manchester, so plan to make the most of the day and head over to that too. Only one person in our little group who's going has it. Is Girafarig ultra rare for you guys too?

I see what's going on here I'd do the same, however i'd ruin my enjoyment of the game, even if I did it just for this event. Nice Raichu though!

I kinda like it tbh. I'd say I like it even more than regular ol' midday and midnight Lycanroc. As for the event Rockruff thing, I think it's gonna be some sort of Magearna-like event, with your own OT and that stuff. I really hope so.
