shiny quagsire Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 I discovered that through hex editing, you can make pokemon over level 100. It's quite simple actually. First, open a pkm file in a hex editor (use Google). You'll see a bunch of jiberish. The byte we are looking at is that 32 on the ninth line. If you open a calculator in scientific view, and input 32, then change to decimal, it is level 50. So, just type a number you want, say, 200, then go to hex, it would give us C8. Simply replace that number with it. Now, save, and don't open it in pokesav! That will change it to lv 100! With this new pkm, you could use sendpkm, and send it to your game! The highest number is 256, and doing that will make it level up to level 0, to lv 100.
Kaphotics Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 Does it works with B/W?Please answer me. it should, try it out.
Bond697 Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 it will for about 2 minutes until the game does a sanity check on the pokes when you enter battle or deposit them.
JGBMaster Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 I did not find the "32" with a hex editor and my pokémon is on level 50, so...
Sabresite Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 it will for about 2 minutes until the game does a sanity check on the pokes when you enter battle or deposit them. Sanity check ftw!
