Dunsparce needs an evolution hands down. Not only does it have a drill for a tail ( which makes it the second most GAR pokemon ever , first being Rhyperior ) but it has little tiny wings that don't do anything AND serene grace.

Ok this idea is gonna blow you away, the next Pokemon game you utilize the Mic, by your able to shout out the moves like in Phoenix Wright, and it sounds pretty cool, shouting out Pikachu use THUNDER! ahh good times, or you can even use it to call out your Pokemon, I'm fantasizing already.
