For example, if I wanted to make Serperior able to learn Draco Meteor from Drayden at Opeluid City, how would i do it? Also, I wanted to know this, why Pokémon Rom Changer (B2W2) doesn't have a Move Tutor editor? If move tutor flags are located in the same personal.narc info, then, why didn't you guys make it? I just wanted to know the exact reasons since you guys made a lot of tools already. Anyways, I'm sorry if it was "awkard" for some of you. Also, thanks a lot for responding.
