Gen 3 Legal Grumpig appears as illegal when transferred to Gen 4

Yes, but why is it legal in Gen 3 but not Gen 4? 
 

I transferred that from a Ruby cartridge to Gen 4

Yeah I find that weird, too. I think it's just PKHeX error. Changing the ability to Own Tempo in Gen 3 doesn't seem to produce complications.

Hmm, I just dragged it down. I probably did some testing before I snapped the image. Lemme try again.


This time all I did was drag the mon from sav3 window to sav4 window, no other edits.

I have noticed this with the WISH Egg Chansey it says the Pokemon is illegal because the PID and Abilities don't match.
