So, in the World Championships 2010, you will only able to use versions HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Letters will only be distributed during the registration period, which starts in Japan this November.

As had been rumored for some time (and seen on posters Pokémon Sunday), some legendary Pokémon will be allowed in the Pokémon World Championships 2010 (you can only use two per team). These Pokémon are: Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina (both ways).
