In pokesav is it alright if i put my pokemons Ev's 85 and its Iv's 0 - im trying to make it look legit?

Also if i put the Ev's 85 and Iv's 0 will my pokemon suck in battling, will it be good, or will it be super strong?

No, not really.

IVs is what a Pokemon is born or permanently has and cannot be changed.

Use the PID Generator in order to create a seemingly legitimate pokemon.

EVs are what can be modified to 255, depending on the context, you can alter them to a legitimate setting.

Its pretty easy to make a Pokemon look legit: just don't put everything at max. IVs between 12 and 22 are generally a good idea, and EVs matter a lot less; you can even put them at max if you have a high-level Pokemon.

Your idea of IVs at 0 and EVs at max is... not a good idea. Especially as you won't be able to gain any more EVs by fighting.

To remind: every IV, and every four EVs, will add one point to the stat its in.

If it's a hatched pokemon you can give 2-3 stats 31 IV's and you should only give stats EV's if you need that stat, 85 all is not a good idea, the most standard for offensive pokemon is 4 HP EV's, 252 Attack/Sp. Att EV's, 252 Speed EV's and if it's a hatched one give the Speed and Attack/Sp. Att stat 31 and give the others random numbers.
