I've reuploaded saves with
1. Pre starter selection
2. Right after first battle (Shauna)
3. After Mom give's Town Map (heard there's a glitch here too)

If the game continues to freeze after this, it'll probably be impossible for us to keep progressing the game and provide saves..

Citra has a compatibility list now in which Pokemon XY are listed as "Bad" ("Game functions, but with major graphical or audio glitches. Unable to progress in specific areas due to glitches even with workarounds."). So I'd say it's a bad idea trying to play through the games on Citra as you might encounter freezes everywhere.

People should better play them on an actual 3DS.

Or choose another game....

You should take a save from here:

You can then modify it as you will via PKHeX, all the instructions regarding how to do it are in the post itself.

Citra and XY isn't compatible.
The game has random hangs all over the place

Don't use Citra to play Pokemon XY, as there are compatibility issues.
Even past the catching tutorial, there will be random freezes that will prevent continuation of gameplay,
and I doubt anyone has the time to provide a save along every checkpoint.

My advise:
1. buy a cheap second hand 2DS
2. just load a save that is post Elite 4 and run around. Maybe use PKHeX to disable completed event flags to experience part of the story.

Still, maybe someone will come along at some point with checkpoints along the way.
