TickleMeChad Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Hey everyone, I was curious, I saw this video: Was curious how to do this myself, I wanted to record some funny animations of other Pokemon using the Exclusive Z-Moves for a funny video. Will be recording the Animations with Citra.
Poke J Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 To do that you'll either need to find a ROM hack with those modifications already made or you'll have to make the hack yourself. I'm not to much into making hacks myself, but you might be able to find a ROM editing program in the download section of the site that might allow you to do that. https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/category/54-rom-editing/
Ruby Genseki Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 AFAIK, that's done by swapping models, not making the actual Mon able to use the move. In other words, what you saw was most likely Decidueye/Eevee/etc with Bidoof's model.

Expand I'm not into ROM editing, so I'm not sure about what would you need to do that -- sorry, but what I told you is all I know about this subject.
